Shake’s 4-Year Anniversary
Shake celebrates four years of funk and soul with a night that’s all about music, food, cocktails and dancefloor madness. From 9pm, they』ll be bringing five sets of live music from the Cotton Club Band and Shanghai Funk Unit, with singers Yiko, Sheree and Lannie Loong. Dinner and cocktails start from 6.30pm. Logan's Punch 6-Year Anniversary
Celebrate the lively punch bowl bar’s sixth year in China (and its first on Wuding Lu) with a bouncing party full of all the strong drinks, loud music and good-time vibes that it’s known for. In keeping with proper birthday etiquette, there will be complimentary shots and an extended happy hour. The party also coincides with owner Logan Brouse's 40th birthday, so get noisy and toast to another six years of shenanigans.

Social Supply’s wine fest Crush returns to the Jing An Kerry Centre for a weekend fuelled by new world and natural wines. Acquaint yourself with (and sample) all kinds of wines supplied by the likes of Bird, Sommelier International, Bruto, Pudao Wines and more. Jingan International Sculpture Project
The biannual International Sculpture Project opens to the public at Jingan Sculpture Park from Saturday (alongside works at Wujiang Lu, Fengsheng Li, Shanghai Plaza 66 and more). This year, the project will exhibit 55 sculptures by 29 artists from China and abroad under the theme 'Reshaping Space'. The park will be open from 5am to 10pm – go along around dusk for a few pieces best seen as the light shifts from day to night.

Southern Comfort Pop-up Brunch

Heritage Eats 2020
Explore the cultural backgrounds of some of Shanghai’s finest chefs via their old favourites at Heritage by Madison this Saturday. Chef and owner Austin Hu is inviting 20 chefs to cook up dishes straight from home that hold sentimental value to their childhoods. The lineup features Danyi Gao, Chris Ye, Jason Oakley, Jamie Pea, Lilian G Molina, Ling Huang, Nat Alexander and lots more.

Salud Garnacha

André Butzer: Light, Colour and Hope
Yuz Museum brings the works of German painter André Butzer to China for a solo exhibition spanning the artist’s 25-year career alongside his latest works from the from NASAHEIM series. Butzer is known for fusing his German heritage with the increasing presence of American culture, in particular, mass production of cultural and industrial products.

The 14 participating artists imagined themselves in a situation of great loss – whether imaginary limb pain in Kader Attia’s photography or self-induced unconsciousness in Marianna Simnett’s studio and light installation.
