1. Develop and Execute Quality Assurance programs and ensure deployment of QHSSE Assurance Network initiatives in a timely manner;
2. Develop, Maintain and continuously improve the integrated management system;
3. Manage ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 K certifications, and support ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 certifications for the site (audit preparation, scheduling and follow up CAPA);
4. Ensure arrangements are in place for QHSE audits/reviews and inspections of the workplace, plant and equipment in order to monitor compliance with the Company QHSSE Management System and local legal requirements;
5. Lead end to end Quality audit program for the site (from preparation to completion of actions) ; this includes client audits, as well as any other audits type (Corporate, local agencies...) and third party Quality audits in alignment;
6. Perform supplier’s audits and work closely with purchasing to ensure suppliers meet company requirements and standards in delivering quality products and services;
7. Support and coordinate clients』 audits at site to ensure clients satisfaction;
8. Manage AMS database as continuous improvement tool and ensure continuous accuracy of the AMS data;
9. Manage SAP QM database as continuous improvement tool and major quality performance measurement tool. Ensure continuous accuracy of the SAP QM data;
10. Be an ABS RCA lead investigator and Lead customer claims/internal non conformances management: overall coordination, root cause analysis, effectiveness of correctives and preventives actions, replies to customer, various associated reportings -tight connection with QC manager, facilitates answer to customer requests and follow-up customer assessment reports received;
11. Implement, maintain and improve the local Quality System, lead/ensure application of F-GMP , lead local HACCP/food defense programs and associated food safety certification as Food Protection Leader for the site, cleaning validation, enforce quality principles, corporate policies, and facilitate execution of Company QHSEa strategy;
12. Support customer demands (Quality Agreements, Questionnaires, Specifications.) and coordination with QHSEa colleagues/PSRA/CC teams as needed;
13. Ensure Good coordination with partners (QC and Operations, Customer Care..) on site for ensuring status tracking & maintenance of local Quality system (including follow up in FirDms/FirAms/improvement actions..);
14. Provide advice and practical help to ensure that local managers are well placed to accept and fulfill their Quality Assurance line management responsibilities;
15. Assist in identifying continuous improvement opportunities within existing processes;
16. Implement best practices, deploy QHSE tools and work directly with line management, adopt a 「hands on」 approach to the development and implementation of local solutions;
17. Define, implement and validate Quality Training program that will enhance awareness of quality requirements and support employees to be responsible for managing their own quality standards;
18. Analyze and report quality data to drive improvement.
任職資格
1. Bachelor degree on chemistry, biology, food science or relevant areas.
2. 8 years in quality assurance experience preferably in food or FMCG industry in an international environment; at least 2 year experience in Management’s position.
3. Good understanding & experience on ISO 9000, HACCP, GMP, etc.
4. Strong leadership, well developed interpersonal and high level communication skills.
5. Good facilitator, able to influence and convince people.
6. Proficient in spoken and written English, Asian language skills preferred too.
