Elsevier is currently offering free access to its tools. If you match the following criteria you could apply for its 『Post-doc Free Access Passport』.
愛思唯爾目前向學者們開放免費檢索工具。只要您符合以下條件，就可以申請它的「博士後免費通行證」
· You have received your PhD 5 years or less before the date of your application.
· You recently completed a research project and are in-between positions.
· You're looking for a research position and you're working--just not in your field.
· You have been unemployed for one year or less by the date of your application to the program.
· OR you have a project ending less than six months after the date of your application.
· 截止申請之日，您獲得博士學位未超過5年。
· 您最近剛完成一個研究項目，正在尋找新的項目。
· 您正在尋求一個研究職位，且要進行的工作不在您的領域。
· 在申請日期之日，您的待業狀態未超過一年。
· 或者在申請日期之日，距您所參與的項目完成時間未超過6個月。
Elsevier will not only let you access all of its journals, which have high 『Journal Impact Factors (JIF)』 (high rankings and metrics), but also grant you access to 『Scopus』 and 『ScienceDirect』.So, if you meet the criteria hurry up and start working on your application. After you have created an account and filled out your application, you will have to submit it online for review. Elsevier will give you an answer within 45 days. What is Scopus?
Scopus是什麼？
Scopus is an abstract and citation database. It is the largest data-base of peer-reviewed literature, which contains more than 24,600 journals and more than 7.5 million academic conference papers, from more than 5000 publishers around the world, covering natural science, technology, medical, social science, arts and humanities, etc. In addition, it also includes 150,000 books and 39 million patent recordsfrom thetop-five major patent agencies in the world. The indexation of a journal is considered a reflection of its quality. Indexed journals are considered to be of higher scientific quality as compared to non-indexed journals.

ScienceDirect是什麼？
ScienceDirect is very similar to Scopus as both are data-base tools, the difference is that while ScienceDirect hosts the full-text versions of Elsevier content, Scopus includes abstracts and citation statistics about both Elsevier and Non-Elsevier content.
ScienceDirect與Scopus非常相似，因為兩者都是資料庫，區別在於ScienceDirect擁有Elsevier內容的全文版本，而Scopus包含有關Elsevier和非Elsevier內容的摘要和引文統計信息。
