People believe arts like painting and music does not directly improve the quality of life, and therefore they think government's money should be spent on other things. To what extent fo you agree or disagree?
人們相信藝術，如繪畫和音樂，並不能直接提高生活質量，因此他們認為政府的錢應該花在其他事情上。你在多大程度上同意或不同意？
拓展思路
A: 投資藝術因為各種文化形式都是人類的文化遺產cultural heritage，文化遺產應該得到保留maintain，它們對於人類文化豐富性和多樣性richness and variety作出了貢獻。
A: 藝術也是經濟發展的一部分part of economy，可以刺激旅遊業stimulate tourism和創造就業機會create chances of employment。
D: 政府需要平衡預算balance the budget，很多國家的人沒有受教育和醫療保健的機會have access to education and medical care，很多地方仍然遭受飢餓和貧窮famine and poverty，考慮到政府預算有限，應該優先考慮其他事宜give priority to other issues。
