It’s understood recently that up to now, the technological innovation project of 「Three One-hundred and Two One-thousand」 goals has invested 9.5 billion yuan in 115 key items. Over 1.3 billion yuan has been allocated by the finance of the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for 127 key technologies.
According to Jian Xingchao, Member of Party Leadership Group of the Department of Science and Technology of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, since the implementation of the project, 521 patents have been filed and 293 new products have been developed, with 15.9 billion yuan added to the output value. The society’s contributing rate of technological advancement has been improved to 54.93% with technological innovation key in supporting high-quality industrial development. And Guangxi’s hi-tech industrialization level ranks eighth, inside top ten for five consecutive years. As to the next step, the project will raise more money for investment in technological innovation, optimize the earning distribution incentive mechanism of the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, and promote commercialization and application of scientific and technological achievements.
