🌟I walk 6000-10000 steps a day. Oftentimes, on the way to work, I also feed my fluffy friends who live on the street. One of my go-to bags for days like this is the City pack S backpack. A Kipling signature style, many friends of mine told me they would love to own one in their favourite colour. One of the best things about backpacks is the hands-free convenience they offer. 🌟Those who are close to me would know that since last year, I have been firmly committed to a more active lifestyle. Amid the pandemic, I made a point of reaching my workout goals on my fitness mat at home. During those 6 months, I followed workout videos on Keep every day to make sure I could keep my weight in check. I put a lot of effort into losing weight since I started my fitness journey at 75 kg, and I would never want to lose the progress I』d made so far because of the pandemic. I exercise for around 45 minutes per day. Recently, I also joined an in-person training session to try out how it feels to work out in a group. It was a ballet barre class at CBD (1 hour of ballet barre can burn 400 calories!). I chose a large backpack for the day, which was spacious enough for my ballet shoes, water bottle and workout clothes.
🌟Swimming is my favourite sport (breaststroke is my only swimming stroke, though). Back in the day I always went swimming in Shijingshan and had a lot of fond memories of the place. Until now, I still come back to this swimming pool whenever possible. I swim 2500 to 3000 metres every time. My swim gear bag? Art M. It is large enough to hold my swimwear, goggles, clothes, water bottle, slippers and towels. I love how my skin glow after the swimming session. It is a great full-body exercise, too.
