Somehow you’re not making any progress even though you're working very hard. You’re constantly anxious,unsettling, losing your appetite and feeling downbeat all the time but you don’t really understand why. 


Why is this happening? What should you do? What will you do? 


Stop, take a break!

                                                          

Most of us have been working our as* off since forever and it really seems that is what we are supposed to do, the problem is that, are we doing it right? In the very last HF of 2016-the 『Year-End Review』 we talked about how we ought to take some time off to sum up what we did, learned and felt, in order to advance with the best form possible. In this coming HF, we will be exploring how important or even essential「taking a break」 is  to our health and happiness.

Chinese New Year is just days away, we are taking advantage of this opportunity to wish everyone a happy Chinese New Year, may the force be with you and live long and prosper.
