Welcome to the Chopra Center 21 day meditation challenge, creating abundance.

We’re very happy that you』ve decided to embark on this journey into stillness and silence to experience authentic abundance consciousness. Over the next three weeks, we』ll focus on different aspects of abundance.
我們很高興能與你一同開啟這個旅程,透過靜心,來體驗真正的豐盛意識,在接下來的三周裡,我們會著重在豐盛的三個不同面向進行展開。
In our first week, preparing for abundance, we』ll consider the promise of unlimited potential. During this time, we learn what true abundance is, the infinite source from which it springs, how consciousness and the mind effect it slow, and how we can more deeply understand that abundance is a divine right, bestowed upon each and every one of us.
第一周,我們要準備迎接豐盛,我們要理解無窮無盡的宇宙潛能。所以在第一周裡,我們將學會什麼是真正的豐盛。豐盛之源無窮無盡,它能反映出我們的意識和思想裡都有著豐盛的流動,而且會讓我們體會到豐盛其實是上天賜給我們每一個人的權利,每一個人都可以過著豐盛的生活,擁有豐盛的人生。
During our second week, we』ll show how abundance relates to The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, beginning with the law of pure potentiality; what exactly is possible. And ending with the law of Dharma; how to increase abundance in our lives by serving humanity with our unique skills and talents.
第二周,我們會談到成功的七大精神法則。首先,我們會從純能量法則開始,哪些是有可能,哪些是不可能。其實宇宙從來都沒有極限,所以我們必須要了解純粹的能量潛能無限。接下來我們會談到人生的真諦,只要你通過屬於你的能力和才華為他人服務,你就可以在現實人生中創造豐盛。
In our third week, we』ll contemplate the practical aspects of abundance through living in abundance, our natural state of being. During this time we』ll explore the concept of synchro- destiny, consciously manifesting our destinies, while harnessing the power of intention and meaningful coincidence.
到了第三周,我們會討論,活在豐盛中,到底會是怎樣的樣貌,那就是我們最自然的狀態,我們在這個階段會討論共時性,只要我們能掌握(完成)我們的使命還有(抓住)各種巧合(機遇),就能夠有意識的創造我們的命運。
We』ll also discuss the importance of living gratefully in a manner that is carefree, and with love, and in unity, to create an environment of abundance around us.
我們也會討論到充滿感激的生命有多重要。充滿愛與感激,能讓我們變得無憂無慮,還有人我和諧的生活可以幫助我們創造豐盛的環境。
So, as we begin, let’s ask ourselves 「What is true abundance?」
那麼,我們即將要開始了,我們先來問問自己,什麼是真正的豐盛?
True abundance is the experience in which all our needs are easily met, and our desires spontaneously fulfilled.
真正的豐盛是,我們的需要都能夠輕易地被滿足,我們的欲望都能夠自然(輕鬆)地被實現。
We know true abundance when we feel joy, health, happiness, a sense of purpose, and vitality, in every moment of our existence. An overflowing fullness that infuses every facet of our lives.
我們什麼時候會感受到豐盛呢?就是我們在每個當下都能感受到健康、快樂、活力和動力的時候,還有(以及)我們覺得人生在每個方面都很圓滿的時候。我們每一個人每天都會體驗到豐盛,當你和孩子玩耍的時候,會感受到豐盛的喜悅;清早,當你睜開眼睛,看見陽光灑進房間的時候,當你感受到你的家人和朋友永遠支持你的時候。
We never need to seek abundance. We simply need to notice and open up to what’s already there, and allow the bounty of the universe to flow through us.
其實豐盛不必刻意去外部尋找,只要我們睜開眼睛,看看我們生活的周圍,就會發現處處存在豐盛,宇宙的慷慨大方之力就會流向我們的內心。
Each of us experiences abundance, every day; in the unbounded joy of a child, the bright sunlight that fills the room as you open your eyes to a new morning, the many friends and family who are always there for you.
我們每一個人每天都會體驗到豐盛,當你和孩子玩耍的時候,會感受到豐盛的喜悅,清早,當你睜開眼睛,讓陽光灑進房間的時候,當你感受到你的家人和朋友永遠支持你的時候。
Nature too, reflects abundance in all its glory. Vibrant fields of wildflowers, majestic mountain peaks, lush and fragrant forests, and the richer of wildlife that thrives on our planet.
大自然也會時時展現出豐盛和繁榮的景象,遍地的野花,雄偉的高山,翠綠的草地,還有地球上各種野生動物。
All these gifts that nature presents to us at every moment, are examples of true abundance. It is impossible to count the grains of sand in one inch of the shore or the twinkling stars that fill our night sky. Even our own bodies, composed of the same molecules that make up the entire universe, contain billions of cells. In nature, in the universe, and even within us, there’s no such thing as scarcity or lack.
大自然給我們的饋贈都能給我們帶來真正的豐盛,我們數也數不清,一平方公分的海岸上到底有多少細沙,夜空中到底有多少顆星星。組成我們身體的各種分子其實和宇宙組成的分子是一樣的,我們的身體裡有幾十億的細胞數也數不完,在大自然中,在宇宙中,甚至在我們體內,沒有所謂的匱乏和稀缺。
Now that you possess this knowledge, you can embrace the concept of unlimited abundance. Knowing that the desires of your heart are always available, provided you’re open to receiving them and sharing your gifts with the world.
現在你懂了這個道理,你就可以接收這宇宙無盡的豐盛。你會知道心中的欲望會被宇宙滿足,只要你打開心胸,接納無窮的豐盛,並且把你的天賦與這個世界分享。
At some point today, take time to witness examples of abundance within and all around you. You will see the myriad riches the universe offers us, in every moment, and begin to experience true abundance consciousness.
我希望你今天找個時間好好感受你體內和你周圍的豐盛,你會看到宇宙裡的每一刻都提供了你數百萬的資產,而且你會有意識體驗到你真正的豐盛。

Now we』ll begin our meditation to connect with the source from which all abundance flows. Please find a comfortable position, placing your hands lightly in your lap, palms upward and closing your eyes, in this moment, go within, to that place of inner quiet where we experience the connection to the higher self.
好那現在我們要開始靜心,讓我們連接到宇宙的無窮資源,請你找一個舒服的姿勢,把手放在大腿上,手掌朝上,閉上眼睛,這一刻你不必再去回應外在世界對你的需要。你只需要關心你自己。進入內心那個安靜的角落,體驗自己和高我能量的連接。
Let go of all thoughts and begin to observe the inflow and outflow of your breath with each inhalation and exhalation, allow yourself to become more relaxed more comfortable more at peace
接下來的幾分鐘,我希望你可以放下所有的思緒,只要觀察(注)自己的呼吸,每一次吸氣和吐氣的時候,讓自己更放鬆,更舒服,更平和。
Now gently introduce the mantra repeating it mentally and allowing it to flow with effortless ease.

whenever you find yourself distracted by thoughts sensations in your body, or noises in the environment simply return your attention to mentally repeating the mantra

I highly recommend doing the meditation and the task in the morning, if possible. It changes the course of the day!

In your new notebook, make a list of 50 people that have influenced your life.
They can be both living and already departed people, your relatives, friends, and celebrities, writers and personalities whom you do not necessarily know personally.
Everyone who has influenced you, and contributed to your growth & development.
The list must have at least 50 names.
In the process of making a list, think about why you chose the person. What has changed in your life for the better?
Move calmly and thoughtfully. Remember the best things about each person on the list and what they bring into your life.
Trust in the process!
Put your phone in airplane mode while doing this so that no one will disturb you.
Your list may be more than 50 people. But not less!
