1，名詞

2，動名詞
It's not worth guessing the answer, as you may lose marks.
沒必要猜答案，因為你可能會丟分。

02worthy

He is worthy of our praise.

As a writer she is certainly worthy of admiration.

The money will go to a worthy cause.
這筆錢將用於有價值的事業。
worthy可以做定語，做表語一般也要跟其他成分：
1，名詞
I did not esteem him to be worthy of trust.
我認為他不值得信任。
This, it seems to me, is an issue worthy of careful analysis.
在我看來，這是一個值得仔細分析的問題。
2，to do/to be done
She said she was not worthy to accept the honour they had offered her.
她說她不配接受他們給她的榮譽。
There occurred nothing that was worthy to be mentioned.

03worthwhile
值得花時間(或花錢、努力等)的
重要的，令人愉快的，有趣的
worthwhile和其他普通形容詞一樣，可以做定語，補語，也可以單獨做表語，不用跟其它成分的詞。
I believe teaching a worthwhile career.
我相信教書是一個值得一做的職業。
The smile on the kids' faces made it all worthwhile.
孩子們臉上的笑容使得這一切非常值得。
We all felt we had done something worthwhile for the local community.
我們都覺得我們為當地社區做了一些有意義的事情。
It was all so easy, and so worthwhile.
一切都是那麼簡單，那麼有趣。
但是，它的主語往往是動詞不定式或動名詞，而且後置，it做形式主語：
It is worthwhile to do this.
這樣做是值得的。
It wasn't worthwhile continuing with the project.
沒必要繼續這項工程了。
上面這個例句也可以說：
It wasn't worth continuing with the project.
worth表達值不值得做這件事，worthwhile應該是側重這件事的重要性，意義。
但除非你是個文字迷，一般沒必要去區別，it's worth doing和it's worthwhile doing都可以用。
名詞是主語，用worth明確表達值不值得做：
Their new album was worth waiting for.
他們的新專輯值得等待。
注意：worthwhile也可寫成worth while，但在名詞前做定語不能分開寫。
It is worth while to discuss/discussing the problem.
這個問題值得討論一下。
If anything is worth while in life at all, some things must be good in and by themselves.
