前幾年火了一部穿越劇，叫《步步驚心》
今年韓國重拍了韓版的
《步步驚心 麗》
雖然拍的沒有《步步驚心》那麼那麼精彩
（當然可能由於韓國歷史呀、主角表演技能呀、翻拍呀等等）
但這部出口轉內銷的劇依舊可以在中國火一把的
相信不少姐妹們又要換老公了，哈哈哈！
說到這劇那劇
英文中「劇」到底應該怎麼說呢？
其實就是「drama」
有的同學可能一直認為這個單詞只表示在舞臺上演的「戲劇」
然而並不是！
除了表示「戲劇」，還表示我們平時電視上看的電視劇、影院裡的電影
請看英文詞典的權威解釋：
1. a piece of writing that tells a story and is performed on a stage
2. a play, movie, television show, or radio show that is about a serious
subject and is not meant to make the audience laugh
3. the art or activity of performing a role in a play, show, etc.
所以「drama」有三種意思
其中大家看第2種：
「a play, movie, television show, or radio show」
那麼穿越劇怎麼說呢？穿越是「time travel」權威英文詞典告訴我們它的定義是：the theoretical process of travelling into the past or the future。可見「穿越」就是回到過去或去到未來，是至今人類無法實現的動作因此，「穿越劇」就是time-travel drama或者
time-travel TV series
（由於time-travel這裡是形容詞，所以要加上連字符）
似乎目前都是現代人穿越到古代去的電視劇呢
（也可能小編孤陋寡聞）
那麼就成了古裝劇了
古裝劇怎麼說呢？
ancient drama？ historical drama？
NO! NO! NO!
並不是
來看看BBC對英國古裝連續劇《唐頓莊園》(Downton Abbey)的報導節選：
For people in the Scottish broadcasting industry it was no big surprise when STV decided not to show ITV1's landmark costume drama Downton Abbey。
OK. 注意到「costume drama」 了嗎？
「costume」的其中一個意思是
the clothes worn by a group of people especially during a particular time in the past
也就是「古裝」的意思
所以你知道為什麼古裝劇叫做「costume drama」 了吧。
不知道這部韓劇《步步驚心 麗》合不合你的胃口

另外還有眾多王子
演員陣容 （cast）
李準基：acts as 4th prince （His acting is very good!他演技超好！）
IU：acts as Xie Shu（She can sing and act well. 她既能唱又能演。）
姜河那：acts as 8th prince （Sometimes he can be really adorkable. 有時候他真的很呆萌。）
「同時完全兼具『呆傻』(dorky)和『可愛』(adorable)兩種特徵，用來形容木訥卻十分可愛、非常具有吸引力的人。」這是美劇《傑西駕到》創造的新詞
另外我們形容某人「很二」，可以用「thick」來表示（《哈利波特》常用單詞）
可以去看8月份的running man，這個人絕對能火
EXO伯賢： acts as 10th peince ( Someone's prince charming. 一些人的男神。）
南柱赫： acts as 13th prince
洪宗玄： acts as 3rd prince（He looks sharp without eye line. 沒有眼線他看上去更時尚。）
金志洙：acts as 14th prince
尹善宇： acts as 9th prince
（Do you like his slanted eyes? 你喜歡它的丹鳳眼嗎？）
西方人幾乎沒有長這種眼型的人，所以英語中很難找到相對應的單詞。
slanted本意為斜的
該表達可以在《Magic Tree House》系列裡面找到出處
