這是一首充滿POP風格的新歌。很多國人認識Linkin Park的音樂還是從變形金剛中的《In the end》和經典的BGM《Numb》當年為了他們的卡帶，省吃儉用，寧願少吃一頓午飯為了看他們的一個現場，一張VCD，好幾個人一起圍著電視機那時中國唯一的一次現場音樂會，全場幾萬人一起吼著「I tried so hard i get so far!」Linkin park的歌代表的，不僅僅是一部部經典電影、還有一群人們的熱血青春。

林肯公園樂隊

林肯公園樂隊（Linkin Park），也稱為聯合公園，是一組來自美國加州的搖滾(Rock)樂團，也被認為是新金屬（Nu metal）中最成功的樂團，聯合公園在2000年以首張專輯《混合理論》（Hybrid Theory）在主流音樂市場上獲得成功，該專輯銷售量超過2,400萬張 ，樂團接下來發行的《天空之城—美特拉》（Meteora）專輯也取得成功，在2003年的美國告示牌200專輯榜(Billboard 200)上排名第一。聯合公園的最新專輯《末日警鐘 毀滅·新生》（Minutes to Midnight）不再是新金屬的風格，而走向主流，但仍然受到了歌迷的喜歡，截至2007年5月已經銷售270萬張CD。聯合公園是新金屬樂的傑出代表，製作了許多出色的單曲，例如In the End, Crawling和Numb。 其累計總銷量超過4500萬張。且兩次獲得葛萊美獎（Grammy Award）。

新專輯的風格突變，使得很多LP的死忠粉絲十分厭惡，覺得他們失去了曾經的氣息，變得越來越流行...與其說Linkin Park由原來的搖滾變得太過POP，辨識度不高，還不如說他們的每張專輯，每首歌都在探索新的旋律、編曲和唱法。藝人都會有不同的嘗試，嘗試就意味著冒險，冒險就會有不同的可能性。從每一位歌迷的角度，風格改變就會有不同的聲音評價。是堅持還是妥協，我相信Linkin Park還是遵循自己的內心的，真正懂他們的人會說：你們還不懂麼？LP想要製作新金屬音樂是多麼簡單的事情，他們只是在不斷的嘗試新東西，不斷的探索，這才是搖滾精神，這才是我們的Linkin Park！

即使風格不再熟悉，

即使鼓點不再緊密，

可我依然愛你。

只要你們還在唱，

那青春就未曾走遠。
