This personal recipe for Sea Salt Ice Cream is only available at Parkview Green. Rich milk ice cream is added with sea salt from Okinawa and roasted almonds. The enticing almond adds a touch of surprise upon the moment you taste it: it takes a little salt to make the delicious tastest and out more and the crispy nuts to enhance the softness of the ice cream. This is a sweet symphony of the taste buds.

Started as a small ice parlor in Taipei’s Yong-Kang Street and established itself as one of the must-go places in Taipei and news coverage on CNN and New York Times. The 20+ year store that is the embodiment of Taiwan’s Mango Shaved Ice. Needless to say, now that Ice Monster is here, we just have to try it out.
新鮮芒果綿花甜
芒果冰是此店鎮店招牌品項，嚴選三種頂級芒果，分別製作芒果綿花甜、芒果雪酪、芒果醬汁和新鮮芒果，純粹的芒果原材料，帶出不同品種的芒果酸甜多層次風味，再加上手工奶酪形成獨特口感！
Mango Shaved Ice is the must-get item. Three kinds of mango are used to make shave dice, mango sorbet, mango sauce with fresh mango slices. Everything is made from pure mangos. It’s a dish layered with great taste. The multiple tastes and textures make it a luxury to eat.
與淸冰不同，招牌的綿花甜系列是以85%的鮮果原汁製成，入口即化，沒有冰渣的粗糙口感。
Contrary to regular shaved ice, the Cotton Sweet is made with 85% juice and it melts in your mouth without the rough texture of ice.

雖然從原料、製法上來看，Gelato都屬於冰淇淋範疇，但如果你在義大利人面前稱它為冰淇淋，可是會遭一個大白眼的。
While the ingredients and the process of gelato seem to be very similar with ice cream, if you call it ice cream to the Italians, you may get the eye.
我們通常吃到的冰淇淋，一種是美式ice cream，口感厚重香甜，另一種則是以碎冰為主的沙冰，而Gelato卻既綿密輕滑，脂肪含量卻很低又不會讓人有負擔，義大利政府甚至規定，Gelato的脂肪含量不能超過8%。義大利人同時要求Gelato每種水果原料都只準在該出現的時候出現，一旦過季你便很難在市面上找到它們的身影。
For the icy treats, while the American ice cream is rich in flavor, the soft and smooth gelato is lower in fat. Italian government even requires the fat content for gelato to be less than 8%. The Italians prefer to use seasonal fruits for their gelato. Off-season fruits are hard to find in gelato.

玉脂是鼎泰豐給自製杏仁豆腐的愛稱，這個「自製」標示了無色素無香精的承諾。北杏濃香但味苦，南杏雖甜但香氣不足，將兩種杏按最佳比例搭配，去皮、磨粉，才有了這樣香甜的玉脂。每天上午以多名師傅輪替打熬新鮮杏仁漿，製成特殊的滑彈綿密口感，搭配涼爽淸冰，透心的清涼。
Yu Chi is the beautiful name Din Tai Fung gives to its classic almond tofu. This handmade delicacy is free of artificial fragrances. Northern almond is lightly aromatic but slightly bitter while southern almond is sweet but not fragrant enough. Ding Tai Fung mixes the perfect balance of the two, removes the skins, grinds the almonds and create this tasty dessert. Every morning, numerous chefs concoct up fresh almond paste and make this special icy delicacy fresh.
