It's about time! Conscious immersion in something, which is important to you, is ultimately worthwhile, even if delays, writer's block, dead ends, and wage dumping sometimes put you – and your patience – to the test. That's part of the Saturn method, so make the best of it. Especially since in your case it won’t be too strict or strenuous. But Saturn demands a certain amount of commitment. It’s up to you to motivate yourself to do exercises with the foam fascia roller, and every detox program requires deep conviction; also make sure to keep your therapy appointments. But if you do all that, then Saturn is very healing.
The next three years will also offer you opportunities to rest, compose yourself, reflect, and detoxify once and for all. Saturn has prescribed a general overhaul for body, mind, and soul.
