參觀當天我需要帶什麼？
預約時使用的身份證件原件、口罩（正確佩戴），缺一不可（若身份證件遺失或失效，可向工作人員出示預約二維碼，進行核驗）。所有預約觀眾測量體溫、安檢後，方可入館參觀。參觀全程須戴口罩，如脫下口罩且不聽勸阻者，將被勸離。70歲以上老人、殘障人士以及現役軍人、醫護工作者等，憑相關證件，由工作人員引導優先入館。

文創品商店、放映廳和互動區還開放嗎？
在疫情防控期間，杭州工藝美術博物館（大師工作室）、中國古代刀劍——皇甫江收藏館、中國傘博物館二樓展區及各館放映廳和互動區暫不開放。部分文創品商店開放。

博物館的便民服務還提供嗎？
在疫情防控期間，在提供的便民服務基礎上，博物館將嚴格實行防控措施，保持人員間隔，並對所有物料實行「一客一消毒」。為避免交叉感染，飲水機、母嬰室及儲物櫃暫停使用。疫情防控期間的便民服務包括：
1. 免費諮詢類，包括：館區引導、近期展覽、廣播尋人尋物、附近公共運輸及餐飲等常規問題諮詢。
2. 免費租借類，提供：語音導覽器、愛心傘、輪椅、小推車、老花鏡等物品。租借時需填寫租借表單，並抵押身份證件或現金。具體流程以館區公告為準。
3. 免費使用類，提供：常用藥品、針線包、女性用品等。

在疫情防控期間，線下社教活動服務暫停。可關注「杭州工藝美術博物館」微信公眾號，獲取「工美雲課堂」系列課程內容，或在館內互動區掃碼獲取「線上第二課堂」手工教學內容，進行線上學習及活動體驗。

在疫情防控期間，人工講解服務暫停。觀眾可通過如下方式獲取講解服務：（1）關注「杭州工藝美術博物館」微信公眾號，在「藝工美」菜單進入「基本陳列」，獲取線上導覽；（2）在展廳內，掃描展品二維碼，獲取「一物一碼」講解內容；（3）在館區服務臺，抵押身份證件或現金，免費租借語音導覽器。

Hangzhou Arts and Crafts Museum groups, hereinafter referred to as ACM groups, will reopen on March 21. We will adopt a series of strict epidemic prevention measures such as real-name visit and on-site temperature check. What do I need to bring when I visit?
The ID card（used for the appointment）and mask are a must (if the ID card is lost or invalid, you can show the appointment QR code to the staff for verification). All the reserved visitors shall enter the museum only after passing the appointment check, temperature check and security check. Masks must be worn throughout the visit. Those who take off masks and do not cooperate will be suggested to leave. Elders over 70, people with disabilities, military personnel, and medical workers, with a relevant identification shall have a priority of entering.

Are ACM's Master Studio, cultural and creative stores, screening rooms and interactive zones still open?
During this period, Hangzhou Arts and Crafts Museum (Master Studio included), the Ancient China Swords and Knives – An Collection of Gems Collected by Huangfu Jiang, the second-floor exhibition area of China Umbrella Museum, screening rooms and interactive zones are currently closed. Some cultural and creative shops are open.

Is ACM group's convenience service still available?
During this period, ACM groups will strictly implement preventive measures based on earlier convenience services, and implement "one guest, one disinfection" for all objects. Free convenience services include:
1. Free consultation: general guidance, exhibition information, lost and found, public transportation and catering nearby.
2. Free loan: audio guide, umbrella, wheelchair, trolley, reading glasses and other items. The rental process is subject to the announcement of the museum.
3. Free use: commonly used medicines, sewing kits, female items.

Can I still participate in museum events?
During this period, offline social education activities are suspended. You may follow the WeChat subscription account of "Hangzhou Arts and Crafts Museum" to acquire the ACM Cloud Classroom series, or scan the code in the interactive areas in our exhibition halls to acquire DIY lessons of Online Second Classroom.

Can I still apply for the manual guide at the museum?
During this period, manual guide services are not available out of antiepidemic concern. Visitors may acquire guide services by these following methods: (1) Follow the WeChat subscription account of Hangzhou Arts and Crafts Museum for online tour; (2) In the exhibition halls, scan the QR codes of the exhibits to obtain introduction online; (3) Mortgage the ID card or cash to loan free audio guide devices at the reception desk.
