Zella Day，美國女歌手。在亞利桑那州長大。喜歡冬季滑雪和足球。
在從出道至今的時間裡，Zella Day嘗試了通過各種不同的音樂表達自己，於是很多人想當然地以為，她就是一個不會自己創作歌曲的只是單純懷有音樂夢想的女孩。「當你作為一位年輕女孩走進一間房子的時候，你被期待的就是擁有一副好嗓音，但那就是你所能做到的一切了。」Zella Day說，「你被期望的情況是，你不應該自己給自己寫歌，而是把寫歌這件事全部交給你的音樂製作人。」而她並不認同這樣看起來很普遍的觀念。其實，她從小就會自己寫歌，自己還會彈吉他把自己的歌彈唱出來，簡簡單單，不加特效。
作為新興一代的流行歌手，Zella Day並不太符合人們對新歌手的傳統印象，因為她的音樂受到了鄉村音樂和古典搖滾音樂家的影響，這一點與其他年輕流行音樂歌手大不相同。
2015年6月29日，Zella Day發行了自己的第二張錄音室專輯Kicker。
2015年，Zella Day的歌曲Sacrifice成為電影《分歧者2：絕地反擊》的電影配樂。
