This competition is hosted by OCT Western Group， West China Metropolis, The Cover News，and Award money is offered for those who are capable to win.
The first phrase of competition will be hold in communities where you reside or neighbor communities in December and January. If you can past the first phrase, you would get the chance of entering the Semifinal even Final!
In the Final, the competitor could get 10000 RMB for the First praise, and 6000 for the second praise and 3000 for the third, other 10 competitors could get 800 RMB for their good performance.
