迅達集團中國區執行長施達毓說道:「Safety and Quality are two of our core values, and I think you cannot have one without the other. So it’s part of our culture. We ensure safety and quality through design, through the way we operate and the way we do things. (安全與質量是我們迅達價值觀中不可分割的重要兩點,也是我們企業文化的一部分。我們將此融入我們的設計,運營與運作方式,來確保安全與質量。)」
2020年初,為抗擊突如其來的疫情,迅達積極啟動防疫工作,一如既往為客戶提供優質的服務。
迅達集團中國區執行長施達毓提到:So that was the early part of the crisis. Our focus was on the safety of our employees and being able to deliver service to our customers, you know some of whom were hospitals, residential buildings, critical infrastructures like metro lines and so on, so that we were to ensure safe and reliable operation of our equipment. Then it became also, as the lock down ended, we were working very hard to open the factories again, to be able to supply equipment to our customers.(疫情初期,我們的工作重點在於保護我們員工的人身安全,並為我們的客戶,包括醫院,住宅樓,重要的基建設施如地鐵等保駕護航,保障我們的產品能夠安全、可靠地運行。封鎖結束後,我們便開始努力復工復產,為我們的客戶提供產品。)
此外,迅達(中國)電梯有限公司向上海嘉定區紅十字慈善基金會捐款了500萬元,體現了這家百年瑞士企業的社會責任擔當。
迅達集團中國區執行長施達毓表示:I think we』ve learned some new things during this period, there』ve been some new demands from our customers for our products. We』ve now introduced a number of options for our customers to be able to use elevators without ever having to touch the buttons. (經過這段時期,客戶對於電扶梯產品的使用有了新的需求,我們也取得了一些新的收穫。我們為客戶提供了許多方案,使他們無需觸摸按鈕即可乘坐電梯。)
作為運輸管理的先驅,迅達目的樓層控制系統PORT技術可通過刷卡,myPORT手機程序,動態色彩碼,結合人臉識別等媒介實現無接觸操作,避免疫情期間接觸式交叉感染,並能夠有效控制每臺電梯的最大乘客搭載人數。
迅達集團中國區執行長施達毓說道:「Our business is growing again and growing even faster. I think, overall, what we have learned is that we』ve doubled, I say double as an expression, our commitment to the China market. (我們的業務重新恢復增長,並且增長得更快速。經過這段時間,我們能夠更進一步加大對中國市場的投入。)」
