「腦洞俗人」系列以最簡化的人物形象為表達主體，藝術家單飛將自己的內心活動投射到作品中，外在的壓力和內在情緒互相衝撞拉扯使他筆下的形象有種野性的力量，「俗人」即是日常生活中的每一個人。
The characters depicted in the series 「Normal People」 appear as simplified images. The artist Shan Fei reflects in his works his own emotional dimension: the contrast between external pressure and inner feelings gives to Shan Fei’s works a sort of wild force and energy.
他們沉默少言卻天馬行空，他們打破了日常的規範束縛，卻偶爾從眼神中透露出迷茫與糾葛，他們舍掉了不必要的裝飾元素甚至時而隱去五官只留一個輪廓剪影，取而代之的是頭部與肩膀的輪廓裡基礎的點線面排布。
The protagonists of the series are common people with a banal and regular life: they are silent and characterized by a powerful and unconstrained style; they have the tendency of breaking rules and social conventions but they occasionally reveal confusion and entanglement from their eyes. The unnecessary decorative elements are reduced to a minimum: the characters sometimes are represented just as a silhouette, with no facial features; their profile is depicted through basic dots and lines.
這種表達風格簡潔卻張力十足，這些個體不代表任何身份，只試圖代表肆意飛揚的多種人生。
The expressive style is simple but powerful: these individuals do not represent any specific identity, on the contrary they reflect the versatile and multifaceted character of mankind.

愛麗絲掉進兔子洞，彼得潘找到了永無島，小王子遇見了小狐狸，翻開一個胡桃殼，那裡住著拇指姑娘。
合上書，看向鏡子，裡面只有一個穿著正式服裝的，一臉疲憊的大人。
Alice fell into the rabbit hole, Peter Pan eventually found Neverland, little prince met the fox and opened a walnut shell, where Thumbelina lived.
Close the book and look into the mirror – you can only see a tired adult with formal suits.
到底是從什麼時候開始變樣的呢？手錶指針回撥也回不到小時候，但是藝術家希望某個瞬間，那些大人們能記起得曾經是孩子的自己，那些因為一顆糖和一朵花而雀躍的瞬間，還有曾陪伴自己的洋娃娃與小熊。
When did it start to change? We cannot go back to childhood time, just like clock’s hands can’t be moved back. The artist hopes that through his works adults can remember their childhood, especially that feeling of surprise and excitement for receiving a candy or a flower and the time spent playing with dolls and teddy bears.

杜秋銳的版畫裡描繪的是一群日常又可愛的「大媽」們，她們穿著花色鮮豔的衣服，和鄰裡聊著最近的新聞，壓馬路閒逛也不忘給菜籃裡添一些新鮮瓜果，才在健身房揮汗如雨，一轉眼又走進了新開的糖果店，集市若要熱鬧，少不了她們的身影。
Du Qiurui's prints depict a group of lovely "aunts" who love to wear bright colorful clothes and to chat with their neighbors. They walk around the streets with fresh fruits in their basket. The newly open candy shop immediately attracts their attention, just after they finish their exercises in the gym. These aunts represent a fundamental element in a lively market.
色彩鮮亮的衣服，嘮嘮叨叨的閒談，車水馬龍的街道，吵嚷嘈雜的市井，是人間煙火氣的最佳詮釋。
Bright colored clothes, chats and gossips, bustling streets – they are essential characteristics of everyday life.
