我們必須要消滅這種消極情緒:
We have to kill negatives of 6 types:
一、完美主義Perfectionism
嘗試去做一些完全不可能實現的事情,只會讓你感覺「不夠好」。
Trying to achieve something that's literally unattainable will only result in your feeling 'less than'
二、對自己和他人的判斷Judgment over yourself and others.
當你進行評判時,你只會關注自己和他人身上的負面品質。
When you are judgmental, you are only focusing on the negative qualities in yourself and others.
三、自我懷疑Self doubt
如果你不根治自我懷疑,它就會佔據你的生活。
Self doubt is a weed that will take over your life if you don't kill at the root.
四、假設最壞的情況會發生The assuming the worst will happen.
如果你從來不認為事情會變好,那麼事情就不會變好,這樣就會失去希望。
If you never think things will be better, they won't be this removes hope.
五、擔心worry
擔心除了改變你的健康和精神狀態外,什麼也改變不了。
Worrying changes nothing except your health and mental state.
六、抱怨Complaining
當你專注於消極的事情時,你真的讓自己永遠都不會滿足或快樂。
When you focus on the negative things, you are really setting yourself up for never being content or happy.
