《The Mummer's Dance 》出自Loreena McKennitt（羅琳娜·麥肯尼特）1997年的專輯《The Book Of Secrets 神秘之書》。《The Mummers'Dance 》中用美妙的歌辭描述了古老的迎春假面遊行的場景，婆娑的樹葉襯託藍色的天空，隨著風而搖擺的樹枝條，好像是一群人在默默的不停的舞蹈。《The Mummers』Dance》的歌詞靈感來自於Loreena自己1985年的一段讀書筆記。歌曲中大量運用了風笛、手鼓、小提琴、豎琴等樂器，為歌曲增色不少。

該曲結合了凱爾特的悠揚、新世紀音樂的絢麗、民族音樂的質樸。曲樂開始，隱約的風笛聲延綿在背景裡，好象從記憶裡緩緩而來的風，鼓聲接踵而至，不徐不緩，偶爾出現的小提琴與吉它，象是突然跳出人群中的獨舞，又象是靈機一動錯出的一個花步。
羅琳娜·麥肯妮特用她那如浮在空中的輕靈縹緲的吟唱，演繹著該曲的優雅、溫和與美麗.
穿著紅舞鞋，這舞蹈永不能停下，在所有的白日與黑夜，從每一個春天與秋天，自過去到今天到明日。黃色的酢漿草花在荒野上沸騰，風笛穿行，鼓聲從未停息，這節奏沒有止境。在遊吟詩人緩長的吟唱中，長發飛揚，舞步滑移，前一步，後一步，命運從腳下延伸。
羅琳娜·麥肯尼特（Loreena Isabel Irene McKennitt，1957年2月17日－），出生於加拿大緬省草原地區的一個小城鎮（Modern）。她是加拿大著名的愛爾蘭豎琴演奏家、鍵盤手以及歌手。以創作、表演凱爾特和中東風格音樂以及女高音演唱而聞名。全球唱片銷量超過1400萬。
