《Monsters》是由Timeflies/Katie Sky演唱的單曲，收錄於專輯《After Hours》，發行於2014年4月29日。這首《Monsters》把Katie與Cal的歌聲完美的結合在一起，又是一首動人的歌曲。
TIMEFLIES樂隊成立於2010年10月，是由製作人Rob Resnick和主唱Cal Shapiro組成的美國流行電子音樂組合。主唱卡爾和製作人雷茲分別來自紐約和新澤西，在波士頓建立 TIMEFLIES樂隊。TIMEFLIES樂隊的音樂風格主要包含流行音樂、電子音樂和搖滾音樂。
歌曲內容主要講述了一個內心有著不可告人的故事的男生，在自己喜歡的人面前不敢展現自己的柔弱和缺點，不願意把自己的煩惱傾訴於她，而使兩人關係走向緊張，最終女生用自己的善良與包容去融化男生的冰冷的心、舒緩他的焦慮與不安，兩人最終能互相理解與溝通的故事。
MV中的那一點亮光正是對男生心魔的比喻，女主唱Katie對著那一點亮光用動人的歌聲去傾訴，去表現自己能夠理解以男主唱Cal為代表的男生的內心。最終，Cal把這點亮光扔向鏡頭，比喻在Katie的幫助下自己能把內心的不快丟棄，並從困境中走出。
