小豬佩奇是一隻非常可愛的小粉紅豬，她與爸爸、媽媽以及弟弟喬治快樂地住在一起。佩奇最喜歡做的事情是玩遊戲、打扮得漂漂亮亮的、度假，以及在小泥坑裡快樂地跳上跳下。除了這些，她還喜歡到處探險，雖然有些時候會遇到一些小狀況，但總可以化險為夷，而且都會帶給大家意外的驚喜。
《煎薄餅》下午茶時間，豬媽媽給大家做薄餅吃，淘氣的豬爸爸卻嫌豬媽媽在煎餅的時候拋得不夠高，結果自己把餅拋到了天花板上黏住了……
It is tea time, and Mummy Pig has a surprise for everyone.
下午茶時間到了，豬媽媽有一個驚喜要給大家。
"Today is a day for pancakes!" she says.
「今天的茶點是煎薄餅！」她宣布。
Everyone loves pancakes.
大家都愛吃薄餅。
Mummy Pig shows Peppa and George how to make pancakes.
豬媽媽教佩奇和喬治做薄餅。
"First, I put some flour in the bowl. Now I add an egg, then the milk. And I give it all a stir," explains Mummy Pig.
「首先，在碗裡倒點麵粉，然後加一個雞蛋，再加點牛奶，一起攪拌。」豬媽媽邊說邊演示。
Peppa loves stirring, George wants to stir as well.
佩奇喜歡攪拌。喬治也想要攪拌。
"OK, that's enough stirring," smiles Mummy Pig.
「哦，可以了，可以了。」豬媽媽笑著說。
Mummy Pig pours some batter in the pan, she is going to flip the pancake over.
豬媽媽在平底鍋裡倒了一點麵糊。接下來，她要給薄餅翻面了。
Mummy Pig flips the pancake high in the air!
豬媽媽手腕一抖，把薄餅高高地拋到了空中！
"Hurray!" shouts Peppa.
「厲害！」佩奇大聲地喝彩。
"You could flip it higher, Mummy Pig," says Daddy Pig.
豬爸爸在一旁說：「還可以拋得更高一點，豬媽媽。」
"You can show us how when you flip your own pancake, Daddy Pig," replies Mummy Pig.
「待會兒你自己煎薄餅時，不妨給我們表演一下，豬爸爸。」豬媽媽說。
The first pancake is for George.
第一張薄餅是給喬治的。
Mummy Pig pours a little syrup on his pancake.
豬媽媽在薄餅上倒了點糖漿。
Delicious!
真好吃！
This pancake is for Peppa.
這張薄餅是給佩奇的。
"Hurray! Syrup, please! Mmmm...delicious!" cries Peppa.
佩奇叫道：「太棒了！也加點糖漿吧！嗯……真好吃！」
"Snort! You still aren't flipping them high enough, Mummy Pig," says Daddy Pig.
豬爸爸說：「嘿，你還是拋得不夠高，豬媽媽。」
"The next pancake is yours, Daddy Pig. So now you can show us how it should be done," replies Mummy Pig.
「下一張薄餅就是你的了，豬爸爸，」豬媽媽回答說，「你給我們表演一下吧。」
"Watch! The secret of making a good pancake is to flip it high into the air. One, two, three!"
「看著！煎出一張好的薄餅的秘訣就是——讓它飛得高高的。一，二，三！」
Oh, silly Daddy Pig!
哦，可憐的豬爸爸。
"Oh...maybe that was just a bit too high," grunts Daddy Pig.
「哦——這下可能飛得太高了一點兒。」豬爸爸嘟囔著。
"What a shame, that was the last pancake," says Mummy Pig.
豬媽媽說：「真遺憾，這可是最後一張薄餅了。」
Oh, dear, Daddy Pig cannot reach his pancake.
哦，天哪，豬爸爸夠不到他的薄餅。
"I know a way to get it down. Let's go upstairs, children." Mummy Pig has an idea.
豬媽媽想出一個好主意：「我有個辦法可以把它弄下來，上樓去，孩子們。」
"On the count of three, we all have to start jumping up and down. One, two, three, jump!" cries Mummy Pig.
豬媽媽說：「我數到三，大家一起跳。一，二，三，跳！」
Peppa jumps on the floor.
佩奇使勁地在地板上跳。
George jumps on the floor.
喬治使勁地在地板上跳。
Mummy Pig jumps on the floor, too.
豬媽媽也使勁地在地板上跳。
It works!
這一招果然有用。
The pancake falls off from the ceiling.
薄餅從天花板上掉了下來，掉到了……
Now Daddy Pig has his pancake...on his head!
豬爸爸的頭上。
"Syrup on your pancake, Daddy Pig?" asks Mummy Pig.
「要點糖漿嗎，豬爸爸？」豬媽媽問。
"Yes, please. One, two, three, hoopla!" shouts Daddy Pig.
豬爸爸說：「要，謝謝！一，二，三，走！」
Daddy Pig flips the pancake into the air and catches it with his mouth.
豬爸爸把薄餅甩到空中，一張嘴，正好接住！
"Mmmm...delicious!" Daddy Pig likes his pancake.
「嗯……真好吃！」豬爸爸喜歡他的薄餅。
