由 US California Music & Art Association美國加州音樂藝術協會等主辦，美國南加州華人總商會等協辦，洛杉磯郡政府大力支持的第一屆「加州國際音樂藝術節」於美西時間9月19日全球線上盛大開幕，在中華四大傳統節日中秋節到來之際，藝術節期間將舉行《明月夜 . 故鄉情》國際音樂藝術大賽，「加州國際音樂藝術節」將是洛杉磯唯一主辦綜合音樂藝術賽事，所頒發證書獲多間音樂藝術機構及音樂藝術製作單位聯合籤發認可。此次公益盛典將除去大會活動經費外的所有收益用於購買新冠病毒防護用品PPE，並於活動後15天內捐贈洛杉磯各大醫院及警消局。
Hosted by the US California Music & Art Association, etc., organised by the American Southwest Chamber of Commerce, etc., the 1st "California International Music & Art Festival", which is strongly supported by the Los Angeles County Government, will hold it's grand global opening ceremony on line on September 19th, this will be the only comprehensive music and art competition hosted in Los Angeles. It's award certificates will be jointly issued and recognized by many music and art institutions and music art production organisers. This charity ceremony will use all the proceeds except the event funds of the event to purchase the Covid-19 protective equipment PPE, and donate to major hospitals and police and fire stations in Los Angeles within 15 days after the event.
作為全球2020年度主要音樂藝術綜合大賽之一，「加州國際音樂藝術節」邀請到了著名旅英青年女高音歌唱家、國際文化大使朱珍作為本次大賽的共同主席團及國際評委團副主席。朱珍為傳播中華文化投身公益奔走國際，今年全球疫情爆發至今，以其過硬的專業知識舞臺經驗及公正嚴謹的評委工作態度一度應邀參加了眾多國際音樂藝術賽事的評審工作。這次朱珍還將為藝術節開幕式及閉幕式獻上精彩表演以表達她的抗疫思鄉之情。
As one of the world's major music and art competitions in 2020, the "California International Music & Art Festival" invited well-know soprano and international cultural ambassador Jane Maria, as the vice chairman of the international jury of this competition and Vice Chairman of the Co-Bureau of the festival. Jane Maria frequently travels internationally in order to spread Chinese culture around the world. Since the outbreak of the global epidemic this year, she has been invited to participate in the judging work of many international music and art competitions with her strong professional knowledge, stage experience and fair rigorous judge work attitude. This time Jane Maria will also present wonderful performances for the opening and closing ceremonies of the art festival to express her support for the global fight against the epidemic.

比賽規則
美國加州國際音樂藝術節之比賽（以下簡稱「大賽」）將於2020年9月19日—9月26日將由在線的形式在洛杉磯隆重舉行。
1. 本次大賽包含以下8個：
個人項目：鋼琴（獨奏和協奏）、小提琴，大提琴，打擊樂，木管，銅管。
聲樂：獨唱（美聲，民族, 流行），合唱。
舞蹈：芭蕾，西洋，西方，民族，東方。（獨舞，雙人舞）
4個：團體項目：舞蹈團，合唱團，管弦樂團，民樂團。
2. 本次大賽面向全世界音樂藝術人士。
參賽者的年齡：5歲以上。
鋼琴組、小提琴/大提琴組：5-6歲 7-8歲 9-10 歲 11-12歲 13-14歲 15-17歲 成人組
木管組/銅管組/打擊樂：5-6歲 7-8歲 9-10 歲 11-12歲13-14歲15-17歲 成人組
聲樂組：6-8歲 9-12歲 13-15歲 16-18歲 成人組
舞蹈組：兒童組 少年組 青年組 成人組
註：各比賽項目報名者年齡以生日以2020年8月1日為準。
3. 大賽將邀請不超過30名鋼琴演奏者、30名小提琴演奏者和40名歌手。參賽者將由大賽組委會指定的專家評委通過預選賽（評估申請材料和觀看視頻）選拔出來。
competition rules
The California International Music and Art Festival Competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") will be held online in Los Angeles from September 19th to September 26th, 2020.
1. This competition includes the following eight individual categories and four group categories:
Individual Categories
piano (solo and concerto), violin, cello, percussion, woodwind, brass.
Vocal : classical, folk, popular, chorus.
Dance: Ballet, Western, modern, Chinese folk, oriental. (Solo, duet)
Group Categories
dance, chorus, orchestra, Chinese folk orchestra.
2. This competition is open to musicians and artists from all over the world.
The age of the participants: 5 years old and above.
Piano, violin/cello: 5-6 years old, 7-8 years old, 9-10 years old, 11-12 years old, 13-14 years old, 15-17 years old, adult group
Woodwind/Bronze/Percussion: 5-6 years old, 7-8 years old, 9-10 years old, 11-12 years old, 13-14 years old, 15-17 years old, adult group
Vocal: 6-8 years old, 9-12 years old, 13-15 years old, 16-18 years old, adult group
Dance: Children's Group Juvenile Group Youth Group Adult Group
Note: The age of applicants for each competition is based on the birthday of August 1, 2020.
3. The competition will invite no more than 30 piano players, 30 violin players and 40 singers. Participants will be selected by expert judges designated by the competition organizing committee through a preliminary contest (evaluating application materials and watching videos).

參賽視頻必須發送至參賽單位負責人或 上傳至 Youtube（不公開模式）並提交連結。
申請材料應包含以下文件和材料：
申請表
身份證明複印件；
個人簡歷（英文或中文， 100字左右，PDF格式）；
彩色照片1 張（JPG格式，相素達到300dpi，為適合用於宣傳用的近距照片）；
畢業證書（複印件或掃描件，在讀藝術生可提供所在學院的學生證，如果有）；
個人報名無需推薦但需填報授課老師，團體報名可由在讀音樂或舞蹈或器樂學校報名，請填上推薦老師和推薦學校。
參賽曲目詳單（DOC格式，標明作品重點、章節、試聽時長）。曲目如需更換，需在2020年9月12日前提出。
3-5分鐘視頻（2019年5月後錄製、未經剪輯的視頻，曲目自由選擇）。該視頻應由一臺固定的攝像機從聽眾的視角進行拍攝，在同一音樂篇章中不得間斷。強烈建議提供高品質的視頻。

Application requirements
Participating videos must be sent to the person in charge of the participating unit or uploaded to Youtube (unlisted mode) and submit the link.
The application materials should include the following documents and materials:
Application form
Copy of identification;
Resume (English or Chinese, about 100 words, PDF format);
1 color photo (JPG format, 300dpi pixel resolution, suitable for close-up photos for publicity);
Graduation certificate (copy or scan, art students can provide the student ID of their college, if any);
Individual registration does not need to be recommended but the instructor needs to be filled in. Group registration can be registered at the music or dance or instrumental music school you are attending. Please fill in the recommended teacher and recommended school.
List the programme's details in DOC format, indicating the key points, chapters, and duration of the repertoire.
3-5 minutes video (videos recorded after May 2019, without editing, free choice of programme). The video should be shot from the audience's perspective by a fixed camera, without interruption in the same musical chapter. It is strongly recommended to provide high-quality videos.
Proof of registration fee transfer.

朱珍（ Jane Maria )，旅英青年女高音歌唱家, 國際文化大使, 全球傑出華人藝術家。畢業於英國皇家北部音樂學院聲樂歌劇系碩士研究生，朱珍出演於倫敦 Trafalgar Square (特拉法加廣場)，倫敦 Wigmore Hall（威格莫音樂廳），香港大會堂，北京展覽館劇場，河南電視臺春晚，中央電視臺製作的新年晚會，世界聯合國華人春晚等國際重要演出場所，並應邀擔任多個大型國際歌唱比賽的評委，包括：中國好聲音全球海選總決賽；唱響世界大賽；國家級僑務文化品牌《文化中國 水立方杯》英國總決賽；美國加利福尼亞州國際音樂藝術節等。朱珍榮獲諸多國際獎項，包括義大利羅馬國際歌劇抒情角色大賽優勝獎；AGTO全球傑出華人獎；華人界最高榮譽獎項華人榜新銳獎等。近年來朱珍致力於拓展【新美聲】領域，藉助西方藝術形式在國際間推動中華優秀傳統文化，被眾多機構授予國際文化大使稱號。
Jane Maria, operatic soprano, International Culture Ambassador, Global Outstanding Chinese Artist Award winner. Graduated from the Royal Northern College of Music( U.K.) with a master's degree in Vocal and Opera, Jane Maria starred in London Trafalgar Square, London Wigmore Hall, Hong Kong City Hall, Beijing Exhibition Center Theater, Henan TV Spring Festival Gala , New Year’s concert produced by China Central Television (CCTV) , World Council of Peoples for the United Nations (WCPUN) Spring Festival Gala and other internationally important performance venues. Jane Maria was also invited to serve as a judge for many large-scale international singing competitions, including: Voice of China Global Audition Final; Singing For The World Global Competition; the national-level overseas Chinese cultural brand " Cultures of China-Water Cube Cup" UK Division Finals; California International Music and Art Festival, etc. Jane Maria has won numerous international awards, including the Honorable Mention Prize of the International Opera Lyric Role Competition in Rome ; the AGTO Global Outstanding Chinese Award; the highest honor in the Chinese- Global Chinese List for Creative Enterprising Artist Award, etc. In recent years, Jane Maria has devoted herself to using western art forms to promote Chinese traditional culture in the world, and has been awarded the title of International Cultural Ambassador by many institutions.
