This week, Ms. Gina will help you improve your core and limbs strength.
The first free open class of this week focuses on feet and body strengthening for elementary students.
Body strength and flexibility really matter for all dances including ballet.
Strong muscles support tough movements and techniques, and promise you to finish impressive performance. Meanwhile, flexibility mobilizes your ability to finish advanced movements and techniques.
However, the most basic thing is a pair of strong feet supporting you to have muscles and be flexible, so as to finish movements like jumping and turning.
This first class is designed especially for elementary students as a supplementary course. Focusing on training feet, it`s packed with strength and stretch exercises.
The second free open class of this week specializes on improving strength of the core, upper body and arms for advanced students.
Dance is art about balance and beauty.
For training upper body and core strength is for improving balance and steadiness.
Core strength is crucial for you to control body strength and finish movements of upper and lower limbs.
Only if you have strong core muscles can you complete different gestures and high-difficulty techniques steadily.
Meanwhile, arms exercises is for improving spatial awareness and making your movements flute.
You can learn how to properly use your muscles around shoulder joints, and make beautiful gestures possible.
Since 11th Feb we`ve provided two free open classes every week with subsidiary exercises to students. If you have been stick to practice all the time, no wonder that you have strengthened your body diathesis a lot.
From June, kindergartens and primary and junior high schools will reopen gradually, and we are preparing for it, too. Soon we will meet each other again, but before that, please remember to keep up with teachers and make progress. Your efforts will pay off in the future!
