近日，《變形金剛5：最後的騎士》剛剛發布片名logo預告，今天，官方就再次宣布了以重要消息，這部新作將在下周古巴取景開拍。《變形金剛 5：最後的騎士》（Transformers:The Last Knight）在前幾天公開了全新的宣傳片，確定了這次續集的片名和形象照。
《變形金剛5》將成為在古巴境內拍攝的第二部現代布景的好萊塢大片，上一部則是4月才開拍的《速度與激情8》，可見古巴已經成為好萊塢商業大片最新的取景熱門地點。
麥可·貝習慣於將一部門片場挪出美國，好比《變形金剛2》就有相當多的場景是在約旦和埃及拍攝的，《變形金剛4》出於市場的考慮也在中國取了不少景。鑑於《變形金剛》是世界上最知名的好萊塢系列影片之一，片場遍布全球也在情理之中。
除了這個重要消息外，官方還宣布了在這部續作中，上一部作品中的重要角色將回歸，男主角還是由馬克·沃爾伯格飾演。而在《變形金剛》系列中出演人氣角色倫諾克斯上尉的喬什·杜哈明也將回歸改作。

而另外一個會令影迷感到開心的消息，那就是在前 3 集飾演「威廉·藍尼隊長」喬許杜哈莫（Josh Duhamel）以及「勞勃·愛普斯」泰瑞斯·吉布森（Tyrese Gibson）都將回歸演出！
喬許杜哈莫在昨天推特上公開了自己這次將於《變形金剛 5：最後的騎士》再度回歸的消，他寫下：「藍尼中校報到，讓我們一起開始吧！」，雖然喬許杜哈莫只因為《變形金剛 4：絕跡重生》（Transformers: Age of Extinction）演員大洗牌，而唯一缺席了這系列的一集，但距離他上次演出「藍尼隊長」，也已經是 5 年前的事情了。
喬許杜哈莫在發布自己回歸演出《變形金剛 5》的消息後，導演麥可貝也在推特上幽默回應，詢問藍尼隊長相隔 5 年回歸演出，是否需要指導？
同時男主角馬克華伯格（Mark Walberg）也歡迎喬許杜哈莫回到變形金剛的大家庭，認為有他的加入將會更棒。
喬許杜哈莫則回應他非常期待，並搞笑地要馬克華伯格到時候開拍時別忘了帶上高爾夫球具。
而鑑於之前《變形金剛4》的票房好卻失了口碑，派拉蒙為此做足了功夫，組建起了強大編劇團隊陣容。其中集結了《美麗心靈》、《行屍走肉》、《復仇者聯盟》與《X戰警》、《鋼鐵俠》、《超凡蜘蛛俠2》的主要編劇。而除了這三部續集之外，派拉蒙和孩之寶還為這個系列做了一個十年計劃，除了電影，還準備製作包括遊戲、動畫以及電視劇等方面的內容。
《變形金剛 5：最後的騎士》這次的劇情將會發生在地球和宇宙兩個舞臺，人類代表「凱德伊格」馬克華伯格將會在地球抵抗新的威脅，而柯博文則會在宇宙搜尋 BOSS「五面怪」，並與宇宙大帝發生戰鬥。
北美院線上映日期為2017年6月23日。電影即將於6月6日開始投入拍攝，不知道大家是否仍對該系列繼續期待呢。
