最近一段泰國國王Maha Vajiralongkorn身穿黃色露臍小背心、大露文身（雖然文身是假的）與一女子逛商場的視頻在Facebook上火了，泰國官方震怒，威脅Facebook刪掉視頻。這個視頻據說是去年7月份在德國慕尼黑所拍——
從視頻中可以看到這位國王的手臂、肚子和後背上都是文身，不過，這個文身可能是假的，因為萬能的網友發現，它們跟國王2016年在慕尼黑機場漏出來的不一樣。
在泰國有嚴厲的冒犯君主罪（ lese-majeste laws），人們如果分享對國王具有侮辱性的東西，最高可判處15年的有期徒刑。
該視頻目前在社交網絡上已經被封鎖了，但泰國官方稱仍有131頁的內容中包含「非法」視頻可供觀看。
泰國國家廣播和通信委員會秘書長Takorn Tantasith發言，稱：
'If even a single illicit page remains, we will immediately discuss what legal steps to take against Facebook Thailand.'
「哪怕只有一條違法的頁面存在，我們會立馬就Facebook是否應該在泰國被禁止進行討論。」
《曼谷郵報》報導稱，上周泰國網際網路服務提供商協會給Facebook董事長Mark Zuckerberg發郵件，要求封鎖這些視頻。
全球人權運動組織稱，自2014年以來，已有105人因冒犯君主罪被逮捕。

'In less than three years, the military junta has generated a surge in the number of political prisoners detained under lèse-majesté by abusing a draconian law that is inconsistent with Thailand's international obligations.'

King Maha was born on July 24, 1952 in Bangkok's Royal Dusit Palace, the 64-year-old is the only son and male heir of King Bhumibol and Queen Sirikit.

As an adolescent he studied at two public schools in Britain, including King's Mead School, Seaford, Sussex, and then at Millfield School, Somerset. After, he embarked on a military career, training in Australia.

After graduating he started a career in the military training with US, British and Australian armed forces. He also qualified as a a fixed wing helicopter pilot in the late 1970s in the Royal Thai Army.
