Baidu, the number one search engine in China has made huge advances in the battle for artificial intelligence excellence. The Baidu DuerOS 2019 is their largest update and the new features can recognize small facial expressions and hand gestures. Shanghai-based agency F5 shot a series of quirky and humorous short commercials to promote the new update. In one of the films, the AI voice tells a man that, based on previous experiences, his wife will be late, and suggests to a play a video for him while he waits for her. The app can see things like if you are cold in your car or if you leave your kid alone in the car! All of these real-life demonstrations present the abilities of the upgrade with Smart Recommendations, Child Safety and Smart App Recommendation.
