如果你看過《第101隻斑點狗》你就會發現這其實是《第101隻斑點狗》的前傳，而《黑白魔女庫伊拉》就是根據裡面的反派和主角庫伊拉·德·威爾改編而成的，講的是艾絲黛拉·米勒（Estella Miller）到底是如何變成庫伊拉·德·威爾（Cruella de Vil）。
If you ever watch the movie The Hundred and One Dalmatians you will realize this movie is actually the prequel of The Hundred and One Damatians, and the movie Cruella is based on the villain and protagonist Cruella de Vil, it tells us how did Estella Miller became Cruella de Vil.
電影的開始庫伊拉·德·威爾講述了她坎坷（?）的童年，總之她最後差點被學校開除了，但她媽媽，凱薩琳憑藉著她的三寸不爛之舌（?）成功的在她被開除前給她退了學，並把她帶到了倫敦，想要開始新的生活。
In the beginning of the movie, Cruella described us her childhood which she spend pretty much all her time getting blots on her copybook and finally she was expelled from school, well almost expelled since her mother get her out of school before the headmaster have time to expell her. Afterward her mother took her to London to start a new life.
在她們去倫敦的路上凱薩琳她帶到了一個時裝秀，告訴艾絲黛拉她要去見一個可以幫助她們的朋友，讓她在車裡等著，並把她帶著的項鍊交給了艾絲黛拉保管。艾絲黛拉被時裝秀上的衣服所吸引，而闖了進去，但被管家發現了，並被三條兇悍的斑點狗追到了草地上，她看到了她媽媽和一個女人再說話於是向她跑去，但追著她的三條斑點狗把她媽媽推下了懸崖摔死了。
On their way to London, Catherine stoped at a party, told Estella that she is going to see a friend who is going to help them with the situation they are in now, asked her to stay in the car, and gave her the necklace she always wear to Estella to ask her to keep it. However, Estella didn't stay in the car because she was drawn to the clothes on the party, but she was discovered by the housekeeper, and was chased by three dalmatians to the graden, there she saw her mother talking to a woman, she went to her, but the three dalmatians that was chasing her pushed her mother off the cliff and died.
在這之後，艾絲黛拉跑到了她和她媽媽原本要去的地方，為她媽媽的遭遇而責備自己，在那裡她認識了同樣是孤兒的賈斯伯和赫瑞司，和他們一起在倫敦謀生，並把她黑白相間的頭髮染成了紅色。
After that, Estella ran to the place where she and her mother was going to go, and there she met Jusper and Horace who were also orphan, and she also dyed her black and white hair red.
艾絲黛拉，賈斯伯和赫瑞司在這後的十年裡都在當。小。偷。但因為主角光環他們從來都沒有被逮到，在這期間艾絲黛拉也沒有停下她服裝設計的愛好（?），一直為賈斯伯，赫瑞司和她自己做偽裝。
Estella, Jusper and Horace are stealting things for the past TEN years, but because Estella is the postaganist they were never caught by the police, during the ten years Estella did not stop designing clothes, except that it's more accurate to call it disguises instead of clothes.
在她生日那天，賈斯伯和赫瑞司給了她一個去利寶百貨公司當清潔工的機會，但她的上司並沒有看到她的天賦，所以她只能一個做清潔工。一天艾絲黛拉喝醉了，並把廚窗裡擺好的衣服按照她自己的想法改變了一番，主角光環的作用下巧的是，下一天她卻得到了男爵夫人的讚賞，並且真正的成為了一個設計師。
At her birthday, Jusper and Horace gave her an oopportunity to be a janitor at Liberty department store as her birthday gift, but her boss did not see her talent in designin, so she can only be a janitor. One day she got drunk and redecorate the window display, since she is the protagonist the next day the Baroness arrived and admired her work and Estella finally got to be a designer.
在她給男爵夫人工作期間，男爵夫人非常喜歡她和她設計的服裝，經常讓她跟在身邊。在一次男爵夫人的午休時間，艾絲黛拉看到了她母親叫她保管的項鍊在男爵夫人那裡（被狗追的時候弄丟了），男爵夫人稱那個項鍊被一個女僕偷走了。
During her time working for the Baroness, the Baroness like her and her designs a lot, often let Estella accompany her. One time when she is having her nap, Estella saw the necklace that her mother had once asked her to keep at the Baroness's desk, (lost when she was chased at by the dogs), the Baroness told her that that necklace was stolen by a servant.
艾絲黛拉決定把那個原本屬於她的項鍊偷回來，並和賈斯伯和赫瑞想到了一個計劃。總之在執行這個計劃的時候，艾絲黛拉發現的事情讓她從艾絲黛拉變成了庫伊拉，至於到底發生了什麼，留一個小懸念，你們還是自己看比較好。
Estella decided to stole the necklace that belonged to her mother, and made a plan with Jusper and Horace. as for the rest, I don't want to spoil the whole movie so it's better if you watch it yourself, but I can assure you that this is not a bad ending.
