麥克·福隆（斯科特·阿金斯飾），號稱意外殺手的他，是位冷血殺手。就他從事的職業來講，他是頂尖的，無論是條理多樣的刺殺技巧，還是瞞天過海躲過警察視線，他的每次任務都使僱主滿意高興。但是有一天他摯愛的人卻捲入了倫敦的地下殺手世界，並慘遭自己同組織的人殺害。而福隆不得不打破自己長久以來井然有序，條理安排的生活，開始向實施這一切的人展開復仇 
這部電影改編自90年代的一本漫畫 作者是帕特·米爾斯，《特警判官》（95年電影版由史泰龍主演）也是他的作品
