本人酷愛釣魚多年，也喜歡研究魚的烹飪。2015年第一次發帖私房小菜參加「家鄉菜」活動，第一帖也是「湖北魚糕」。2018年，應「北美釣客」約稿，曾經發布了「和大自然的美味情緣」一文，那篇文字有介紹釣法，lure等，當時雖然發布了很多魚菜照片，可惜沒有記錄詳細做法。
2020年因為動手寫「居家抗疫美食」系列，我終於可以靜下心好好總結一下了，也算是疫情中的小欣慰吧。本篇主題"和大自然的美味魚緣"，權當是2018年那篇文字的姐妹篇吧。因此魚的菜品種類，也和第一集是有很多不一樣的。
由於疫情原因，我們今年完全放棄了岸釣，全部是2020夏天的船釣。因此魚的種類沒有第一篇裡面豐富，主要是大嘴鱸魚largemouth bass，walleye，還有石鱸rock bass。疫情期間，夏天每周一次的魚貨還是相當可觀的。這篇總結裡面的魚菜系，所有的魚都是我們釣的鮮魚。魚的做法詳見文學城博客連結。

最後簡單總結一下釣魚的lure吧。很多魚都是夏日清晨或者夜間船釣，rock bass用的lure是berkley power minnow，顏色是白色最有效。還有rapala的硬餌jointed minnow，和經典的mepps spinner。largemouth bass 的lure種類很多了，硬魚餌中，mepps spinner，rapala的DT系列，poppers，jointed minnow，軟餌中的tube，power minnow，甚至Crappie Magnet，很多很多。。。湖釣walleye，有效的lure是mepps spinner，berkley power minnow， 還有rapala的DT系列，poppers，jointed minnow。
疫情下的天空，還是那麼湛藍。晨暮，夕陽，心情靜如止水，只聞蛙鳴鳥啼，突然間水面悸動，大自然的美味魚緣，就這樣和我們在餐桌上約會了。
