我們常常說，食物是一門藝術。食物本身是大自然賦予我們的禮物，它們擁有千變萬化的形狀，豐富的色彩，它滋養孕育著我們成為必需品甚至奢侈品。
提到藝術，大家常常會覺得虛無縹緲，遙不可及,食物的藝術或許是最接近生活的藝術我們希望通過大家最常見的食材來進行可食用的藝術創作，不僅能夠傳遞給大家一些基礎的藝術鑑賞知識，同時通過藝術的指導，發揮創造力，人人成為藝術家。
CSE 聯合ARTOALL（藝團兒）及Arda安德廚電，將進行一整年的FOOD&ART計劃，將食物和藝術結合，每一期我們將圍繞一個主題元素，展出3幅國際知名藝術家的作品，現場進行藝術指導，再由創作者現場利用食材進行可食用的藝術創作。每一期我們將邀請12位創作者與我們一起進行藝術創作,我們也會記錄下每個人的藝術創作。最後我們將一起在音樂美酒下分享各自的藝術作品。
We always say food is an art .Food itself is colorful,protean,it’s the gift for human-beings.
Once we mention art ,it seems unreachable,maybe art of food is the closest art to our lives.Becaues food is the most common material we see everyday,we want to combine food and art together ,use food material to create art piece.
CSE work with ARTOALL and Arda kitchen appliances to have this FOOD&ART whole year’s plan.Each time we will introduce an internationally renowned artist and display his/her art work ,according to different theme we will have live eatable live creation.
We will invite 12 creator each time from different industry to work with us and we gonna record every’s work,at the end we gonna share our creation and enjoy the beautiful moment with music and drink.

ABOUT TAKASHI MURAKAMI
One of the most acclaimed artists to emerge from postwar Asia, Takashi Murakami—「the Warhol of Japan」—is known for his contemporary Pop synthesis of fine art and popular culture, particularly his use of a boldly graphic and colorful anime and manga cartoon style. Murakami became famous in the 1990s for his 「Superflat」 theory and for organizing the paradigmatic exhibition of that title, which linked the origins of contemporary Japanese visual culture to historical Japanese art. His output includes paintings, sculptures, drawings, animations, and collaborations with brands such as Louis Vuitton. 「Japanese people accept that art and commerce will be blended; and in fact, they are surprised by the rigid and pretentious Western hierarchy of 「high art』,」 Murakami says. 「In the West, it certainly is dangerous to blend the two because people will throw all sorts of stones. But that’s okay—I’m ready with my hard hat.」
