Meatloaf: 肉糕
500g ground beef 一斤牛肉餡;1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp喼汁醬油
1 Tbsp honey 1Tbsp蜂蜜
2 Tbsp ketchup 2Tbsp番茄醬1、Add a tablespoon of oil to a pan and cook veggies until soft and slightly browned. Place on a small plate and cool in freezer for 5 minutes 平底鍋一勺油,把洋蔥碎、胡蘿蔔碎、青椒碎煎軟、有一點變色;乘到盤裡,放冰箱變涼;
2、Preheat oven to 175 degrees;烤箱預熱175度;
3、Mix together all the other meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl using your hands. Mix in the cooled vegetables and then take a small piece of the mixture and cook it in your pan. After the small piece is cooked, taste it and adjust seasoning if necessary.把其他配料在大碗裡混合。加入放涼的蔬菜碎,然後拿一小塊出來,在平底鍋上煎熟嘗一嘗,如果需要加鹽,則根據口味調整;(此處參考餃子餡)
4、Press mixture into an ovenproof clay pot and place in oven for 1 hour;把混合好的肉餡放進砂鍋(能入烤箱的鍋),烤一個小時;5、While meatloaf is cooking, make tomato relish (see recipe below) 烤肉糕的時候,可以做西紅柿抹醬;
6、Add all tomato relish ingredients to a pan 把以上西紅柿抹醬所列的用料都倒進鍋裡;
7、Bring to a boil and then reduce to medium and simmer until reduced by almost half, being careful not to burn. 大火煮開,變小火煮到減少約一半;
