1、三亞亞龍灣瑞吉度假酒店任命酒店總經理——杜德瑞先生
近日，三亞亞龍灣瑞吉度假酒店新任命杜德瑞(Richard Deutl)先生為酒店總經理，統籌管理酒店整體的業務營運工作。這位曾經在喜達屋酒店及度假村現已合併為萬豪國際集團工作37年的資深酒店經理人將會為他的新角色帶來豐富經驗和專業知識。
杜德瑞先生擁有非常豐富的酒店從業及管理經驗，他於1988年加入奧地利的因斯布魯克喜來登酒店，開啟了他的職業生涯。並在慕尼黑、布魯塞爾、巴黎和柏林等多個城市、不同品牌承擔多樣的管理角色，專業涵蓋酒店運營及收益管理等。而對於中國，杜德瑞先生並不陌生，因為他已經在這片土地上工作了14年。2006年，杜德瑞先生任職無錫喜來登酒店，之後又加入了天津喜來登酒店，還分別籌備了南京威斯汀酒店和成都瑞吉酒店的開業。在調任具有海南酒店標杆之稱的三亞亞龍灣瑞吉度假酒店之前，杜德瑞先生在北京瑞吉酒店帶領優秀的團隊接待過來自世界各地的政治領袖。

The St. Regis Sanya Yalong Bay Resort has appointed Mr. Richard Deutl as General Manager to be fully responsible for the operation and management of the resort. The 37 years industry veteran will bring a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.
A Marriott veteran of many years started his hospitality career back in Innsbruck, Austria in 1988. He took on various roles in Operations and Revenue Management spanning different cities such as Munich, Brussels, Paris and Berlin as well as Tbilisi. For China, Mr. Deutl is no stranger, he has been working in this magical land for 14 years. The career in China originated from the Sheraton Wuxi Hotel in 2006, and then he worked at the Sheraton Tianjin. He also was the opening General Manager for The Westin Nanjing as well as The St. Regis Chengdu. Before transferring to the address at Hainan Islands, the iconic St. Regis Sanya Yalong Bay Resort, Mr. Deutl has had the opportunity to welcome political leaders from all over the world at The St. Regis Beijing.

2、廈門宸洲海景洲際酒店任命酒店總經理——黃潔女士
近日，廈門宸洲海景洲際酒店正式任命黃潔女士擔任酒店總經理一職，她將全面負責酒店管理以及運營等事務，領導酒店全體員工進一步提升廈門宸洲海景洲際酒店在廈門酒店行業的領軍地位。
黃潔女士擁有超過17年的酒店從業經驗，她的職業生涯始於酒店前廳部。作為一位資深的酒店管理專業人士，黃潔女士曾服務於洲際、麗思卡爾頓、希爾頓、朗廷等一系列國際酒店品牌，積累了豐富的高端酒店運營管理經驗，並練就了她非凡的領導力和行業洞察力。
在此次履新之前，黃潔女士在海口朗廷酒店擔任總經理。颯爽的個人領導魅力和作為女性細膩獨到的視角，對酒店管理工作的熱情與投入，常常鼓舞著與她共事的團隊夥伴。在任期間工作風格嚴謹高效、細緻入微的她，以多元的管理理念、創新的戰略思維，帶領團隊在提升酒店市場品牌影響力、賓客滿意度以及酒店收益等方面，取得了卓越的成就。

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Celine Huang as the General Manager of InterContinental Xiamen.
Celine has worked in the hotel industry for more than 17 years. She started up her hospitality career in front office since 2003. As a senior hotel management professional, she accumulated rich operations management experience in a range of international hotel brands like InterContinental, Ritz-Carlton, Hilton and Langham etc.
Prior to this appointment, Celine was the General Manager of The Langham Haikou. And with her efficient work style, diversified management concepts and innovative strategic thinking, she has led her hotel team to make many great achievements, such as impoving hotel brand awareness, guest satisfaction and hotel revenue in Hainan market.
Celine said, 「It’s very glad to join InterContinental Xiamen. 3、海口朗廷酒店任命酒店總經理——田珂先生
近日，海口朗廷酒店任命田珂先生出任酒店總經理一職。
田珂先生擁有超過三十年的酒店從業經歷，曾先後服務過香格裡拉、雅高、凱賓斯基和萬豪等國際酒店品牌。他在海南島內任職多年，對本地市場有著獨到的見解及領導策略。特別在運作服務、收益管理和市場銷售領域擁有豐富的管理工作經驗，憑藉其卓越的領導能力和敏銳的市場洞察力，他為所服務過的酒店創造出非凡的業績表現，以及獲得眾多名譽殊榮。
田珂先生來自北京，其身上有著北京人鮮明的特質：嚴謹卻不失風趣、直爽又待人熱忱，對待工作更是不懈追求著極高的品質。此番加入海口朗廷酒店，他表示道：「朗廷已擁有155年歷史，它的優雅魅力深深吸引著我。作為海口朗廷酒店新任總經理，我將秉承酒店的使命，用心服務，締造優雅精緻的生活品味，引領海口奢華」。

4、龍巖富力萬達嘉華酒店任命酒店總經理——李晨宇先生
近日，萬達酒店及度假村正式任命李晨宇先生為酒店總經理，全面負責酒店的運營及管理工作。
李晨宇先生自1996年起從事酒店行業20餘年，曾任職於萬豪集團、洲際集團等旗下國際品牌酒店，2016年始加入萬達酒店及度假村，擔任襄陽萬達皇冠假日酒店業主代表；後在長白山酒店群任職區域業主代表，負責管理萬豪、凱悅、洲際旗下等8家高端品牌酒店的各項運營工作。
李晨宇先生有著豐富的星級酒店運營及管理經驗，使其對服務有獨到的見解，不但追求匠心、注重細節，更善於站在客人的角度思考。未來他將賦予更具特色的酒店服務和物超所值的待客之道，將帶領團隊不斷開創進取，繼續打造龍巖富力萬達嘉華酒店的輝煌業績。
Recently, Wanda Hotels & Resorts officially appointed Norman.Li As the general manager of Wanda Realm Longyan, fully responsible for the operation and management of the hotel.
Mr. Li Chenyu has been engaged in the hotel industry for more than 20 years since 1996. He has worked in Marriott group, intercontinental group and other international brand hotels. Since 2016, he has joined Wanda Hotels & Resorts as the owner representative of the Crown Plaza Hotel in Xiangyang. Later, he has worked as the regional owner representative in Changbai Mountain Hotel Group, responsible for the management of 8 high-end brand hotels including HolidayInnChangbaishan Operation work.
Mr. Li Chenyu has rich experience in the operation and management of star hotels, which makes him have unique views on service. He not only pursues originality and pays attention to details, but also is good at thinking from the perspective of guests. In the future, he will give more distinctive hotel services and value for money hospitality. He will lead the team to continuously create and forge ahead, and continue to build the brilliant performance of Longyan Fuli Wanda Jiahua hotel.
5、林芝工布莊園希爾頓酒店任命商務發展部總監——吳多望先生
近日，林芝工布莊園希爾頓酒店正式任命吳多望（Peter Wu）先生為商務發展部總監，全面負責酒店銷售、市場推廣、收益管理工作。
吳多望先生擁有超過14年的酒店銷售管理經驗，曾就職於麗思卡爾頓、洲際、萬達文華等國際知名品牌酒店，積累了豐富的銷售管理經驗，對銷售管理具有豐富獨到的見解，具備敏銳的市場洞悉和出色的團隊領導力。相信吳多望先生將憑藉卓越的管理能力，勢必將林芝工布莊園希爾頓酒店打造成藏區酒店市場的新標杆。

楊繼雲先生擁有近20年的酒店工程運營及管理經驗，曾就職於希爾頓酒店集團、凱悅酒店集團，在希爾頓酒店集團擁有超過15年的工作經歷，積累了豐富的技術經驗及工程專業知識。楊繼雲先生憑藉著資深的閱歷，超強的執行力及豐富的管理經驗，曾帶領著工程部團隊為多家酒店做出了傑出的貢獻。

Recently, Mr. Herman Yang has been appointed as Director of Engineering of Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Huayu Chongqing. He will be fully responsible for the operation and management of the hotel Engineering Department.
Mr. Herman Yang has nearly 20 years of hotel engineering operation and management experience. He has worked in Hilton Group and Hyatt Group. He has more than 15 years working experience in Hilton Group, accumulated rich technical experience and engineering expertise.
Mr. Herman Yang, with strong execution and rich management experience, has contributed many outstanding performance in all his previous hotels.

7、林芝工布莊園希爾頓酒店任命酒店行政總廚——張春來先生
林芝工布莊園希爾頓酒店任命張春來先生為酒店行政總廚，全面負責酒店廚房的整體運作。
13年的廚師及奢華酒店管理經驗讓張春來先生有著嫻熟的烹飪技巧和豐富的想像力，擅長法式菜餚，擅長將本地特色融入菜餚，打造充滿層次豐富口感多樣的菜餚，張春來先生先後就職於索菲特、希爾頓、皇冠假日等國際品牌酒店。豐富的閱歷及酒店品牌工作經驗，再加上他對食材的感悟以及烹飪的熱愛，讓他獲得了廣大食客的認可和支持。
