Wow, it's Maya Montessori Xinjie Drama Show——The Gingerbread Man.
The story begins inside a house, where Mom, Dad, Brother and Sister baked Gingerbread Men Cookies together. Everybody felt so hungry when they smelled the aroma coming out of the oven....
這個故事發生在一座奇妙的房子裡，此時房子的主人公們正在一起製作小薑餅。他們聞到烤箱裡散發出來的香噴噴的味道，接著奇妙的故事發生了.
The whole family were all happy and very excited to start eating, but when the son took a bite they suddenly heard a voice saying 「Ouch!」Everybody was shocked and scared when they saw three Gingerbread Men moving. The family members all tried to catch the Gingerbread Men but they couldn’t reach them because the Gingerbread Men all ran very fast!
全家人都很高興的開始吃飯，當哥哥咬下第一口時，他們突然聽到一個聲音說：「哎喲！」，突然，他們看到3個薑餅人在動，每個人都很震驚和害怕。一家人都想抓住薑餅人，但是他們夠不著，因為薑餅人跑得很快！
The Gingerbread Men kept on running and running . Suddenly,There were 4 Hungry Dinosaurs they found the three Gingerbread Men. They were very excited and were all ready to start eating until the three Gingerbread Men started moving. They jumped so high that they got shocked!Even though the Gingerbread Men were moving，the Dinosaurs still wanted to eat them because they were all starving.They tried to catch them but they failed because the three Gingerbread Men ran very fast and got away.
薑餅人繼續跑啊跑。突然，出現了四隻飢餓的恐龍他們找到了3個薑餅人。他們非常興奮，準備吃掉3個薑餅人。3個薑餅人嚇得跳得很高，開始躲避恐龍！儘管薑餅人跳得高，恐龍還是想吃他們，因為他們都在挨餓。他們試圖抓住他們，但是他們失敗了，因為3個薑餅人跑走了。
The three Gingerbread men kept running and running to escape. And the leopards and tigers were all very hungry!The Gingerbread Men tried to run away and escape. But they failed and found themselves trapped in a place full of hungry and wild animals.The three Gingerbread Men didn’t want to be eaten so they all came up with an idea to distract the wild animals. They let the animals sing a song. Suddenly, they all fell asleep so the three Gingerbread Men run away.
3個薑餅人不停地跑啊跑，結果遇到了豹子和老虎，他們都很飢餓！薑餅人試圖逃跑，但是他們失敗了，他們發現自己被困在了一個充滿飢餓和野生動物的地方。3個薑餅人不想被吃掉所以他們都想出了一個辦法來分散野獸的注意力。他們讓動物們唱歌，唱了很久，直到野獸們都睡著了，3個薑餅人就跑開了。
The Gingerbread Men kept on running and running again, but this time they found themselves in a place full of different kinds of wild animals. So the Gingerbread Men were very sad. They bursted into crying.The wild animals said 「We can be your good friends!」, the three Gingerbread Men were all shocked because they thought the Wild animals wanted to eat them too. They couldn’t believe it that they jumped in happiness!
薑餅娃娃們太累了，它們不想再跑了，它們哭著說：我們只想和動物們做朋友。動物們正在聚會，它們唱啊跳啊，突然聽到了哭聲，它們隨著哭聲找到了薑餅娃娃， 並問道：薑餅娃娃，發生了什麼？薑餅娃娃們沒有回答，一直在哭。然後一隻奶牛走到它們身邊說道：薑餅娃娃們，不要哭了。薑餅娃娃們還是沒有回答並一直哭。最後動物們一起唱歌走到薑餅娃娃們身邊， 對它們說：我們可以做好朋友哦！薑餅娃娃們開心地說道：太好了，太好了！我們有好朋友了！最後薑餅娃娃們和動物們一起開心地聚會了！
The Gingerbread Man是一個西方的傳統故事也是小朋友Hands on top課程中的內容，講述了一隻剛烤好的薑餅小人為了避免被吃的命運，從烤箱裡逃出來，一路狂奔路遇各種各樣動物的奇妙之旅。整個故事裡薑餅小人一直在唱一句話「Run,run, as fast as you can. You can't catch me, I'm the gingerbread man.」 所以「薑餅人」被用來形容那種單純又勇往直前的人。今天我們新界A.C.班的小朋友通過合作、排練、彩排出色的演繹了這個西方傳統故事成為了我們的Drama King/Queen.
