Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise, assist and motivate sales associates to consistently deliver high-value experiences on the selling floor to every client; act as a 「quality control」 supervisor ensuring that every interaction with a customer is memorable.
Enhance the Burberry Experience and ensure customers are taken through the appropriate touch points of the Burberry Experience during their customer journey.
Manage the customer flow to ensure the best possible service and that no client is left unattended. Set the pace and standard to deliver excellent service to customers.
Coach 「in the moment」 and after every transaction and client interaction, reach out to associates to talk through the successes and opportunities and ensure proper follow-through on follow up actions.
Resolve difficult customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
Hold a good understanding of the business and effectively communicate needs and ideas to bring the business to next level.
Possess a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and consistently follow and enforce company guidelines on operations.
Assist with the opening and closing of store which includes securing doors, windows and merchandise, successful alarming of store and POS procedures.
PERSONAL PROFILE:
Solid leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication skills at all levels.
Proven ability to increase sales and profitability.
Strong clientele background.
Sound commercial and brand awareness.
Experience as a Supervisor or equivalent level role in a high volume and luxury environment.
Technical proficiency with SAP, MS applications, Apple products and POS systems.
Good command of spoken English and Mandarin.

Assistant Store Manager
JOB PURPOSE
Through your passion for your product area and drive to deliver exceptionalservice you will assist the Store Manager to manage one of the departmentswithin the store. You will guide the team to deliver an iconic customerexperience. You will be responsible for the efficient running of the departmentand will support the senior store management team in the running of the store.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist the Store Manager in leading a highperforming customer facing and service orientated department
To ensure that all customers serviced in thedepartment are given the full Burberry Experience in line with brandstrategies. In order to achieve this you will need to ensure that your team arefully trained
Drive department productivity and profitabilitye.g. conversion rates, sales, UPT, AUR, customer data capture etc.
In the absence of the Store Manager communicateeffectively with relevant merchants for the department
Be considered a specialist of and an ambassador forthe department’s product category
Be aware of current advertising and marketingcampaigns, new product launches and promotions and ensure this is communicatedto your team
Leverage your Customer Relationship Management(CRM) supporting the development of a loyal customer base and develop your teamto achieve the highest quality of customer profile capture with everytransaction
Ensure that employees have sound product knowledgeand are aware of company policies and procedures
Drive digital agenda and ensure employees aredriving digital sales
Assist the Store Manager in planning the departmentin accordance with trading requirements, ensuring that customer traffic anddemand can be met with the right employees at the right time
Assist in recruiting, on-boarding, developing andretaining talented employees within the department
Assist the Store Manager in carrying out monthlydevelopment plans and annual reviews for all members of the department
Cascade company communications to all members ofthe department and lead by example when embracing brand messages
To ensure you emanate the Burberry Leadershipbehaviours when dealing with all areas of the store and business
To uphold and communicate the company culture.Bring to life Burberry’s core values – Protect, Explore, Inspire
PERSONAL PROFILE
Ability to demonstrate excellent people managementskills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to increase sales and profitability
Demonstrate sound commercial and brand awareness
Proven ability to drive and maintain exceptionalcustomer service standards
Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
Proven strong performance within a store/concessionsupervisory/management role in a high volume and high turnover environment
Relevant experience in relation to the departmentsproduct category
Technical proficiency with SAP and MS applications
Passion for technology and proven ability toembrace new technology
