Good afternoon, respected professors,
First of all, I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to attend this interview, it’s really my great honor to show myself in front of you all. My name is XXX, from XXX Medical University, and I will achieve my bachelor degree in clinical medicine this year. Please allow me to introduce myself to you.
During the period of my under graduate study, I have diligently learned the expertise of clinical medicine and won the National Endeavor Scholarship. Meanwhile, I have joined in a research team of our university to study Evidence-based Medicine during my spare time. Our research mainly involve the mechanism, diagnosis and prognosis of malignant tumor. I failed many times and felt really disappointed while doing research, but I still have the motivation and aspiration to carry on by realizing that scientific researchers must bear the failure and loneliness. After nearly three years hard work, I have a preliminary understanding on medical research. Under the generous guidance of our team, I was fortunate to participate in the publication of XX SCI papers.
Although I may be not excellent enough, I have great enthusiasm and curiosity in scientific research. What’s more, after three years initial study on Evidence-based Medicine, I believe that I also have the perseverance to endure the long night of science. If I will have the opportunity to further explore medical research in here, I will do my utmost to contribute my bit to human health. Sincerely hope I can join in your strong and famous team. 首先，我在本科期間認真學習專業課程，較好地掌握了基本的專業知識，曾獲得過國家勵志獎學金。在進行專業學習的同時，從大二開始，我利用課餘時間參加學校的科研小組，學習循證醫學工作，主要跟隨團隊研究惡性腫瘤的發病機制、診斷和預後。在研究過程中我失敗了很多次，也感到非常失望，但我仍然有動力和熱情繼續下去，因為我認識到科研人員必須要承受失敗和孤獨。經過近三年的學習，讓我對醫學研究有了初步的了解。在我們團隊的慷慨指導下，我很幸運地參與了X篇SCI論文的發表。
誠然，我的綜合素質還有很大的進步空間，貴院門下更是人才濟濟，但經過本科期間對科研的初步接觸，讓我對科研充滿了熱心和好奇心，經過一定時間的磨練，我相信自己更是擁有了一顆對待科研的恆心，能耐得住科研的寂寞，守得住追求的本心。以上是我簡短的個人介紹，非常感謝老師的耐心聆聽！真誠希望能拜讀於貴院門下，跟隨老師們更進一步走進醫學科研的殿堂！為人類的健康貢獻自己的一份力量，謝謝老師們！
