【What are blackheads黑頭是什麼】
Blackheads are small bumpsthat appear on your skin due to clogged hair follicles. These bumps are called blackheads because the surface looks dark or black. 黑頭是由於皮膚毛囊堵塞而形成的小突起。這些小突起之所以叫做黑頭是因為它表面呈黑色或深色。
【Should you squeeze your blackheads黑頭能擠嗎？】
It can be tempting to squeeze blackheads that pop up on your skin. Their texture and noticeability on your skin beckons for removal, but you should not try to pick them. You might squeeze and prodwithout being able to get the blackheads out. This will cause skin irritation and potentially get more backteria inside the blemish leading to cysts or nodules. In the process you may also stretch your pore which can leave it permanently enlarged.
我們總會手痒痒想把黑頭擠掉，但是我們確實不應該用手去擠。因為即使你去擠或刺也不一定能把黑頭弄出來。這樣還會刺激皮膚，還可能將更多細菌帶進黑頭的部位。這樣做還會使毛孔粗大。
