這期分享的紋身超級酷，紋身師是一對夫妻藝術家。感覺是靈魂伴侶了，一起工作一起生活，合作成立了自己的工作室，發展出以立體幾何為基礎的紋身，裝置藝術，雕塑，平面紙雕工藝等多棲藝術。將生活注入工作，用工作點燃生活。理想照進現實呀～羨慕了！
「Expanded Eye is a Lisbon based, London born multidisciplinary duo, formed by the couple Jade Tomlinson and Kevin James in 2010. Their distinct storytelling approach and unique iconography evolved organically over the last decade, is able to travel seamlessly throughout a myriad media, such as painting, sculpture, installation and on skin as a living canvas, to form a cohesive and surprisingly eclectic artistic unity.」Expanded Eye是一家在倫敦誕生，先位於裡斯本的創意工作室。由情侶夫妻 Jade Tomlinson 與 Kevin James在2010年共同創辦。首先我想分享的是他們家的紋身作品，構圖非常的大膽神秘，顏色也很活潑，感覺把平常生活的小事物用幾何的圖案串聯在一起，多維空間是其中的特色，很多圖案的構建布局很像畢卡索曾經慣用的立體主義畫法，從平面中呈現立體，無論從哪個角度看都不影響對畫面的理解。有一種被解構的美，出其不意的畫面耐人尋味。再來看看他們夫妻合作的其他藝術品。我甚至覺得他們做的裝置藝術與其他工藝品更加的具有裝飾性。色彩很華美，構圖很大膽出位，遠觀會更有整體感，近看細節也頗為特別，作為室內設計中的軟裝飾設計絕對很有品位，也非常耐看。他們作品的所有元素都是非常碎片化的，然後通過各種2d，3d的方式進行重組，形成了嶄新的完整的畫面，不知道可否理解為設計師對於認知世界的一種方式。這些事物充滿了歷史和記憶的層次，能立即將我們與過去聯繫起來，並提供了超越現實的窗口，讓我們重新想像了當下的現實。「The mastery of various techniques and the skilful manipulation and juxtaposition of materials allow Expanded Eye to produce intricate compositions of interconnected pieces at various scales, as parts of a puzzle that gives new meaning to items once regarded as ordinary. The pair delve deep into the complexity of the human condition creating mystical works born out of a loving, synchronised synergy.
