炒烏冬口感爽滑,簡單易做。加入各種時蔬,搭配你喜歡的蛋白質類,就是飽腹有營養的一餐了。一般我冰箱裡有什麼就用什麼炒,就算很隨意,也是很好吃的。今天分享鮮蝦炒烏冬的做法,蝦可以換成任何你喜歡的蛋白質類。
Yaki udon/ fried udon is a popular Japanese dish made of wheat noodles, vegetables and almost any type of protein (I used shrimps). It's quick, easy and hearty. I usually just use whatever that's left in the fridge.
蝦 約10隻
烏冬 一人份
洋蔥絲 50克
高麗菜切塊 90克
胡蘿蔔絲 40克
小蔥 10克
蠔油、鹽、胡椒粉、麻油 適量
木魚花 可選
Shrimps 10pc (approx.)
Udon 1 serving
Onions 50g
Chopped cabbage 90g
Shredded carrots 40g
Scallions 10g
Oyster sauce 1tsb (approx)
Sesame oil few drops
Salt, pepper to taste
Katsuobushi optional
熱少許油,先炒洋蔥小蔥
Heat oil, saute onions and scallions
洋蔥炒到半透明了加入高麗菜、胡蘿蔔絲、蝦仁
Add cabbage, carrots and shrimps once the onions turn translucent and soft
翻炒直到食材差不多全熟
Saute until the ingredients are almost fully cooked
轉中小火,加入烏龍麵和幾滴麻油(防粘)
我買的包裝烏冬是打開直接可以用的
Switch to medium-low heat. Add udon noodles (cooked) and several drops of sesame oil (so that the noodles won't stick).
澆上適量蠔油
Add oyster sauce
翻炒均勻,加入適量黑胡椒
Stir well, add some pepper
完成
DONE
家裡有木魚花可以撒一點
Top with Katsuobushi if desire
