新鮮出爐!《威士忌聖經2021》年度最佳威士忌居然是它!

　　對於威士忌愛好者來說，每年有兩大盛事不容錯過，一是每年三月公布的WWA世界威士忌大獎賽，另一個則是每年十月左右公布的《威士忌聖經》。

　　《威士忌聖經》是一本威士忌專業品鑑手冊，由世界知名的威士忌評論家及作家Jim Murray（吉姆·莫瑞）主持編撰。

　　

　　從2003年開始，每年發行一版。吉姆·莫瑞每年會品鑑很多威士忌，並記錄下品鑑筆記，還為它們打分，每年會公布其評出的當年最佳酒款等諸多獎項。

　　作為一個發行超過十年的專業威士忌評選榜單，《威士忌聖經》在威士忌界的影響力越來越大。

　　9月16日，《威士忌聖經2021》的獲獎名單公布。

　　

　　令人想不到的是，今年聖經的世界最佳威士忌，來自加拿大Alberta Distillers的一款威士忌，叫做Premium Cask Strength Rye，獲得了97.5分的評分（滿分100）。

　　

　　Alberta Premium Cask Strength是一款黑麥威士忌，由發芽和未發芽的黑麥混合製成，以65.1％的酒精度數裝瓶。

　　吉姆·莫瑞說到：「多汁的油脂，加上麥盧卡蜂蜜的平衡，確保了這款加拿大威士忌的卓越，從入口那一秒開始就讓人慾罷不能。這是被低估的真正世界級的威士忌。地球上近乎難尋，真正值得崇拜。」

　　值得一提的是，Alberta Premium Cask Strength黑麥曾於2006、2007、2008和2009年被吉姆·莫瑞評為年度加拿大威士忌。

　　

　　此外，今年威士忌聖經的第二名，是斯塔格（Stagg Jr）。這款威士忌來自水牛足跡酒廠，散發著巧克力，紅糖和丁香的香氣，口感帶有活潑的黑麥香料，櫻桃，木煙和香草的香氣。

　　威士忌聖經的第三名是一款印度威士忌，來自John Distillers旗下的Paul John Mithuna。
