萬豪國際全球客戶答謝周
GCAW是萬豪國際集團一年一度的盛事。「全球客戶答謝周」的由來追溯至1993年,Residence Inn品牌開始以「真北周」命名,在整整一周時間內以一種獨特的方式向酒店的頂級客戶表示由衷的感謝。而這些尊貴的客戶則被稱為「真北指針」,這是因為他們的真知灼見使得酒店不斷提高服務品質與質量,對酒店的成功產生深遠的影響。隨著時代的變遷,「真北周」逐漸演變成如今的「全球客戶答謝周」,並確定於每年11月在萬豪國際集團旗下的各酒店舉行。
Marriott International's personalized customer appreciation dates back to 1993, when the Residence Inn brand first dedicated a full week, named "True North Week", to celebrate its most loyal customers. These guests were named "True North" because of the contribution they made to the brand's success. True North Week then evolved into Global Customer Appreciation Week which is held during the month of November, every year, across all Marriott International hotels and resorts.

三亞海棠灣喜來登度假酒店及三亞御海棠豪華精選度假酒店聯合海南地區23家萬豪酒店一起, 成功舉行了為期一周以「一路同行,經歷不凡」為主題的客戶答謝活動。
In collaboration with 23 Marriott International hotels of Hainan, Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay Resort & The Royal Begonia, A Luxury Collection Resort, Sanya successfully held its 2019 Global Customer Appreciation Week which themed as 『UNRIVALED EXPERIENCES, MADE TOGETHER』.

Day 1 首日啟幕 Kick-off Day
三亞海棠灣喜來登度假酒店&三亞御海棠豪華精選度假酒店總經理及銷售代表前往三亞山海天大酒店·傲途格精選&三亞山海天JW萬豪酒店參加啟幕儀式,與萬豪海南區各姐妹酒店一同觀看萬豪國際集團總裁及首席行政官Mr. Arne Sorenson啟幕視頻,並致電重要客戶進行電話拜訪,正式拉開萬豪國際客戶答謝周序幕。
GMs and Sales team of Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay Resort & The Royal Begonia, A Luxury Collection Resort, Sanya and other Marriott International hotels of Hainan gathered in The Shanhaitian Resort Sanya, Autograph Collection & JW Marriott Dadong Bay,watched the kick-off video by Mr. Arne Sorenson, President and CEO of Marriott International, and conducted executive con-calls which officially launched the 2019 Global Customer Appreciation Week.

Day 2 客戶拜訪 Executive Sales Call
答謝周第二天是全天的客戶拜訪活動。上午8時,萬豪國際三亞區酒店各總經理及銷售代表親臨三亞智海王朝辦公室,由三亞亞龍灣瑞吉度假酒店創意廚師團隊特別呈現精緻獨特的瑞吉香檳早餐體驗。9時40分,各總經理及銷售代表前往港中旅三亞旅行社有限公司,三亞海棠灣喜來登度假酒店&三亞御海棠豪華精選度假酒店的廚師團隊帶來粉色主題茶歇、魔術表演以及優美的豎琴演奏,為三亞港中旅呈現特別驚喜,獻上誠摯謝意。10時30分,各總經理及銷售代表抵達海南婚慶協會&愛之旅公司,現場三亞山海天大酒店·傲途格精選精心布置了帶有婚慶協會名稱的精緻茶歇,各代表與婚慶協會的重要客戶度過了愉快的時光。接下來,各總經理及銷售代表又逐一上門拜訪攜程、Booking、匯愛婚禮、御婚禮、家盛達、Anex Tour、昊利德重要客戶,三亞喜來登度假酒店、三亞亞龍灣萬豪度假酒店、三亞艾迪遜酒店、三亞萬麗度假酒店以及三亞福朋喜來登度假酒店都分別準備了精緻主題茶歇,為客戶帶來別樣的體驗。
The GMs and Sales team of Marriott International hotels of Sanya gathered in HIMICE Sanya office at 8am, St. Regis Champagne Breakfast rocked at HIMICE Sanya office. The creative catering service provided by the culinary team of The St. Regis Sanya Yalong Bay Resort. At 9:40am, GMs and Sales team arrived in CTS office, Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay Resort & The Royal Begonia, A Luxury Collection Resort, Sanya prepared the theme of Pink food station, Magical performance as well as Harp performance for CTS accounts. Then, they came to Sanya Wedding Association and The Shanhaitian Resort Sanya, Autograph Collection provided the exquisite tea break which decorated with logo of Sanya Wedding Association. Next, GMs and Sales team of Marriott International hotels of Sanya respectively to Ctrip, Booking, Huiai Weding, Yu Wedding, Eden&Anex, Jet Blue, Holiday and Yoyi office, Sheraton Sanya Resort, Sanya Marriott Yalong Bay Resort & Spa, The Sanya EDITION, Renaissance Sanya Resort & Spa and Four Points by Sheraton Hainan, Sanya all prepared exquisite tea breaks to bring different experiences to customers.

Day 3電話會議& 海口區域答謝晚宴 GCAW Tele-Marketing & Haikou Gala Dinner
第三天,各酒店總經理及銷售代表紛紛致電省內及省外重要客戶,再一次向一直合作的夥伴致以親切的問候和最誠摯的謝意。晚上18時,萬豪國際海口區域答謝晚宴在海口麗思卡爾頓酒店舉行,萬豪國際海南區代表、萬豪海口區域各酒店領導層、重要客戶及媒體們受邀參加,每位賓客駐足於此留下珍貴畫面。
On the third day, the GMs and Sales team of Marriott International hotels of Hainan all called key accounts within and outside the province, extended warm greetings and sincerely appreciation to the partners. At 6pm, GCAW gala dinner of Marriott International hotel in Haikou was organized by The Ritz-Carlton, Haikou. Representatives of Marriott international in Hainan, GMs and Sales team of Marriott hotels in Haikou, key accounts and media friends were invited to attend, and each guest stayed to leave a precious memory.

Day 4 服務社區——消防站拜訪Serve Community——Visit Fire station
第四天,萬豪國際集團三亞區各酒店舉行服務社區活動,由三亞海棠灣喜來登度假酒店和三亞亞龍灣萬豪度假酒店分別組織帶領姐妹酒店前往海棠區消防救援大隊、三亞市消防救援支隊吉陽區大隊亞龍灣中隊,為消防軍人帶去慰問品,並獻上最溫暖的問候。
On the fourth day, the GMs and Sales team of Marriott International hotels of Sanya held community service activity, Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay Resort, Sanya Marriott Yalong Bay Resort & Spa respectively organized and led other hotels to the fire stations in Haitang Bay and Yalong Bay to bring comforts and warmest greetings to the fire workers.

Day 5 雞尾酒會 & 答謝晚宴 GCAW Cocktail & Gala Dinner
第五天的萬豪國際客戶答謝晚宴在三亞御海棠豪華精選度假酒店舉行,在地中海西班牙通透式建築風格的三葉梅大堂吧舉行的雞尾酒會開啟了本次答謝晚宴。伴隨著優雅的豎琴表演及微微海風,萬豪國際集團海南區代表、海南三亞區18家酒店領導層、重要客戶及媒體們陸續到達。隨後賓客們挪步答謝晚宴現場,此次晚宴設在三亞御海棠豪華精選度假酒店獨具特色的海邊草坪,在蔥鬱椰林和壯闊大海的環境襯託下,賓客們可充分感受自然之美。晚宴設有海南本地特色美食、中西式美味佳餚供賓客自取,同時也為客人準備了法國馬戲團精彩的S秀表演,賓客不僅能滿足味蕾也能享受一場視覺盛宴。晚宴期間還設有抽獎環節,旨在感謝在場的客戶夥伴們在過往一年裡對萬豪國際海南區酒店的大力支持。隨著答謝晚宴的圓滿結束,2019萬豪國際全球客戶答謝周完美謝幕。

On the fifth day of GCAW 2019, the gala dinner was held by The Royal Begonia, A Luxury Collection Resort, Sanya, the cocktail party in the Buganvillas Lounge with unqiue Spanish architectural kicked off this gala dinner. Accompanied by the graceful harp performance and slight sea breeze, our customers and media friends arrived one after another. The gala dinner was set in the private seaside lawn surrounded by lushly landscape and stunning seafront, our customers fully experienced the beauty of nature and enjoyed the Mediterranean cuisine. During the dinner, we invited the French circus to present the fantasy S show for our customers, and special lucky draw appreciated customers for their support to Marriott International hotels of Hainan in the past year. With the successful conclusion of gala dinner, GCAW 2019 has a perfect curtain call.
