那麼，問題來了，你知道「住酒店」用英語怎麼說呢？
大家是不是跟我一樣，脫口而出就是「live in hotel」？
這種說法其實大錯特錯啦!
首先要說一下：的確有「live in hotel」這樣的表達
（語法上沒錯，但是一般不這樣用），
但是和「stay in a hotel」是有區別的！
「live」含有「永久定居」的意思，所以它還引申為「生活」。（但我們住酒店大部分都是短暫居住，並非永久定居。）
「stay」它的釋義是「if you stay in a town, or hotel, or at someone’s house, you livethere for a short time」.在某城市，酒店，某人家裡暫住，逗留。
所以我們用「stay」應用於住酒店。
另外，stay在使用上也要注意：
強調」住酒店"這個行為，應該用"Stay in a hotel"。
例句：
Before every business trip, his secretary wold book the hotel inadvance. Staying in a hotel is the only thing he needn’t to worry about.
每次出差之前，他的秘書會提前訂好酒店，住酒店是他唯一不必操心的事情。
強調動作持續時間應該用「stay at ahotel」.

你打算住酒店多久？
--- May be a week.
大概一個禮拜吧。

1. Have areservation 預定
Having a reservation in advance is necessarywhile traveling.
旅遊時提前預定是必要的。
2. Check in 登記入住
Please give me the certificate, I need it to check in.
請出示相關證件，我需要登記入住。
3. Check out 辦理退房手續
According to the regulation, you need to check out before 2 pm
根據規定，您要在下午兩點前退房。
4.Twin room 雙人間(兩張單人床)
Compared to a suite, twin room is cheaper.
跟套房相比，雙人間比較便宜。
5. Double room雙人間（一張雙人床）
I』dlike a double room.
我想要個雙人間。
