Despite being labeled as Peruvian altumsat some retailers, the fish I bought are definitely P. scalare, although it 『sperhaps understandable why they are called altum. In the1980s collectors began catching Discus descended from this accidentalintroduction. I borrowed a lovely large piece of Sumatrawood from PFK editor Jeremy Gay to form the backbone of the layout. These are likegiant tea bags full of shredded catappa leaves. I’m using a 240 l/53 gal aquarium measuring120 x 45 x 45cm/ 48x18x18」. It’s braceless and rimless, making it ideal foraquascaping from which décor and plants can protrude from the surface. A 15kg bag of play sand is then added. This isan inexpensive substrate and readily available from many shops. It doesn’trequire pre-rinsing, is inert and the colour and texture is similar to thesubstrate found in the Rio Nanay. Although in nature the wood will be more randomly placed, Ilike to use some compositional aids to create a visually pleasing aquascape. These are smaller bitsof Sumatra, adding texture to the layout. The individual ones are interlockedand I』ve experimented to achieve the desired effect. Pre-soaked copper beechleaves are added. I am using RO here as the water in the RioNanay is soft and acidic. The angelfish added later are wild-caught and hadbeen kept in similar conditions in the shop. I use an RO unit, which isrelatively inexpensive and ideal for creating softwater set-ups in which youcan control mineral content.6.我使用了RO水,因為這樣比較接近納內河的酸性軟水。接下來可以讓神仙魚入缸了,這些魚都是野外捕獲並且已經在魚店養定。我使用的RO單元比較實惠,並且生產礦物質可控的軟水方面很理想。7. The aquarium is filled, but some wood has not beenwaterlogged enough to sink, so I add a large rock. The filter is switched onand heater is set to 28°C/ 82°F. Once ammonia and nitrite are undetectable using test kitsI acclimatise and add the seven wild-caught Pterophyllum scalare 『Rio Nanay』and 30 Petitella georgiae. 魚友打造埃及神仙魚黑水造景缸-真不容易-花了很多精力-看看效果如何
水煮三湖分享的七彩神仙造景
之前一直很欣賞七彩神仙那種飄逸,而七彩也有喜氣,旺財之意,不僅能給家裡小孩子帶來歡樂,也能帶來好運。
我喜歡造景,這樣看起來有靈氣,我的造景定向:
1、少折騰,只選用石材,沙材,木材這些好打理易定型的素材造景;
2、造景追求自然的感覺;
3、生物選擇平民化,但色澤比較喜歡接近原生的顏色且找安靜幽雅的主魚;
4、燈光不喜高亮,要營造出那種幽靜美;
5、營造一種看上去顯得蒼桑、黑暗、蕭條的景像但能感受到一絲光明與希望的正能量。
第一次嘗試造南美風格,用了一周時間準備與造景,首先我想追求原生的美,網上看了一些亞馬遜風格的記錄片,了解那邊的魚兒的生長環境是蜿蜒的河流,樹林從生,河流下大量積累枯樹枝與腐木頭,落葉,所以我就選沉木,沙子,石子來作為素材。
我找到一個龍眼樹身作為大樹樁來造勢,找了些粗細不一的杜鵑根來作為大樹的根系與腐枝,底下還放一些大小的沉木,在河邊找到原生色的石頭(朋友[小惟]野採送我的),隨意擺放,亂而有致,養水2天了,初步達到自己預想的效果,滴濾盒與魚缸都是家裡閒置的,過濾是9個小滴流盒,擔心負擔不過來,魚缸以前上過背景板,沒法拆下,第四天放了生物:人工彩4條(紅松,阿連卡,喜歡棟線比較深的,沒那麼人工化),秘魯神仙5條,鼠魚15條,一眉道人12條,豬鼻龜一隻,燈魚40隻。
期間也遇到幾個問題:
1、杜鵑根下缸第一天發毛,很多,放了幾十隻黑殼蝦與10多條鼠魚清理,暫時有所緩解,不知這樣合不合理?;
2、水黃得厲害,不知道有沒有好的辦法改善?我想要點水略黃的感覺,不過太黃欠觀賞性;
3、進的幾條七彩不吃豐年蝦,看到他肚子也很扁了,不知怎麼開食 ?
4、我這個缸是放在院子屋簷下的,冬天溫度變化大,請問七彩神仙能承受的最低溫度是多少?希望魚友給點建議
首次開亞馬遜風格,實際比預想效果有差距,望大家多指正(附缸配置:120x50x55超白缸,上了背景板,普通日光燈,滴流過濾,造景素材:龍眼樹樁,杜鵑根及沉木,雨林沙+河沙,野採石頭)
南美風格的魚缸造景。南美風格造景主要是模仿亞馬遜雨林真實河道景象的造景,突出亞馬遜流域狂野不羈的特點,但南美亞馬遜生態也極具多樣性,多種南美風造景各有所取,展示風格也不盡相同。南美風格造景的素材基本上是以沉木和沙子為主,偶爾也會用到石頭過渡點綴。如果是以養魚為主,我們基本很少考慮水草,偶有需求一般只考慮水溶、皇冠等陰性草,便於成活和打理。
南美風格的魚缸可以飼養很多種漂亮的觀賞魚,比如七彩神仙魚、燈科魚、埃及神仙、鼠魚、異性魚、短調類等等,選擇性很多。燈光可以選擇局部射燈,也可以用全景燈,都會非常漂亮!
