簡 介
中國(貴州)國際酒類博覽會，是經國務院批准，由商務部和貴州省人民政府共同主辦的大型酒類國際性專業展會，是全球酒業和酒類全產業鏈經貿投資合作的重要平臺。2015年至2017年,連續三年被評為「中國十佳品牌展會項目」，2017年通過國際展覽業協會(UFI)認證和ISO9001質量管理體系認證。展會吸引了來自法國、義大利、美國、澳大利亞、紐西蘭、英國、西班牙、葡萄牙、南非等40多個國家和地區的境外展商參展。2017年，國內外參展商超2000家，境內外採購商超20000人，現場人數達30萬人次，酒類貿易籤約額超500億元人民幣，酒類全產業鏈投資項目籤約額超100億元人民幣。
貴州內陸開放型經濟試驗區投資貿易洽談會，是貴州省獲國務院批覆設立內陸開放型經濟試驗區後，首個以投資貿易洽談為主的對外開放活動平臺。洽談會以「企業對接洽談大會」為主體，平行舉辦現代產業發展論壇、投資貿易發展論壇等專題論壇和義大利、法國、印度、蒙古等系列國別專場推介會，吸引了來自德國、美國、義大利、澳大利亞等30多個國家和地區中小企業與貴州省企業洽談交流，達成投資、貿易合作項目近1000個。

貴州省省情
貴州簡稱「黔」或「貴」，地處中國西南腹地，是國家大數據綜合試驗區、生態文明試驗區、內陸開放型經濟試驗區。轄6個地級市、3個自治州、1個國家級新區，共有88個縣(市、區)，國土面積17.6萬平方公裡，2017年末常住人口3580萬人。
貴州歷史悠久、文化多彩、資源豐富、生態良好、區位便利，蘊藏著巨大的發展潛力。一是歷史悠久。明永樂11年(公元1413年)建立貴州布政使司，成為全國第13個行省，貴州建省至今已有600多年的歷史。二是文化多彩。有苗族、布依族、侗族等17個世居少數民族，民族民俗文化保護較為完整，侗族大歌、苗族飛歌享譽海內外。陽明文化、夜郎文化、屯堡文化獨樹一幟。三是資源豐富。能源礦產蘊藏豐富，礦產資源達128種，41種礦產資源儲量排名全國前10位，有「江南煤海」之稱。全省有野生植物3800多種，野生動物1000多種，是全國中藥材四大產區之一，歷來有「黔地多靈藥、夜郎無閒草」的說法。有18個國家級風景名勝區，被譽為「公園省」。四是地貌獨特。境內有烏蒙山、大婁山、苗嶺山、武陵山四大山脈。喀斯特(出露)面積佔61.9%，被稱為喀斯特地學天然百科全書。五是氣候宜人。 貴州屬亞熱帶季風氣候，年均氣溫15℃，冬無嚴寒，夏無酷暑，雨量充沛，雨熱同季，氣候舒適宜人，是世界知名山地旅遊目的地，省會貴陽被譽為「中國避暑之都」。六是區位良好。貴州處在「一帶一路」戰略的重要連接地帶，地處我國西南地區聯接華南、華中和華東地區的前沿，是西南重要陸路交通樞紐。隨著省會貴陽到周邊省會城市、全國主要經濟區高速鐵路和高速公路的加快建成，貴州作為西南陸路交通樞紐的地位日益凸顯。2014年，貴州進入了高鐵時代，通航機場實現市州全覆蓋。2015年，貴州在西部地區率先實現縣縣通高速公路。 昔日「地無三裡平」的貴州,如今天塹變通途、高峽出平湖。七是發展迅速。大扶貧、大數據、大生態戰略行動縱深推進，追趕跨越、後發趕超勢頭強勁。
2017年，全省地區生產總值13541億元、增長10.2%。
規模以上工業增加值4305億元、增長9.5%;固定資產投資1.55萬億元、增長20.1%;社會消費品零售總額4154億元、增長12%;旅遊總人數7.44億人次、增長40%;一般公共預算收入1613.64億元、增長7.2%;城鎮、農村居民人均可支配收入分別達到29080元、8869元，增長8.7%、9.6%，多項經濟指標增速位居全國前列。
2018年1季度，各項指標持續向好，地區生產總值增長10.1%，增速繼續居全國第1位，連續29個季度居全國前三位，呈現出速度較快、結構優化、質量向好、效益提升、動能增加的態勢，實現了新時代有新氣象、新作為、新發展。

Introduction
China (Guizhou) International Alcoholic Beverages Expo is a large-scale and professional international exhibition of alcoholic beverages, approved by the State Council, and jointly hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and the People’s Government of Guizhou Province. It is an important platform for trade and investment cooperation in the whole wine industry and the whole wine industry chain. It has won the title of 「China’s Top 10 Exhibition Brands」 for three consecutive years from 2015 to 2017. It was certified by the UFI and the IS09001 Quality Management System in 2017. The Expo attracted overseas exhibitors from more than 40 countries and regions, including France, Italy, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Spain, Portugal and South Africa. In 2017, there were over 2,000 exhibitors and over 20,000 buyers from home and abroad, with the number of on-site people reaching 300,000. The contracted volume of wine trade exceeded RMB 50 billion, and the contracted volume of investment projects in the whole wine industry chain exceeded RMB 10 billion.
「Inland Opening-up Pilot Zone Investment and Trade Fair- Guizhou, China」 is Guizhou’s first opening-up platform for investment and trade negotiations after Guizhou was approved to establish a pilot economic zone for inland opening-up by the State Council. With the 「Enterprises Matchmaking Meeting」 as the main event, the fair held thematic forums such as the Modern Industry Development Forum and the Investment and Trade Development Forum, as well as a series of national special promotion sessions for such countries as Italy, France, India and Mongolia, attracting small and medium-sized enterprises from more than 30 countries and regions such as Germany, the United States, Italy and Australia to discuss and exchange with Guizhou enterprises, with nearly 1,000 investment and trade cooperation projects being signed.

Overview of Guizhou Province
With the abbreviation as 「Qian」 or 「Gui」, Guizhou Province, situated in the hinterland of Southwest China, represents the National Big Data Comprehensive Pilot Zone, National Ecological Civilization Pilot Zone and Inland Opening-up Pilot Economic Zone. Guizhou Province has the jurisdiction over 6 prefecture-level cities, 3 autonomous prefectures, 1 national new district and 88 counties (cities/districts). A population of 35.80 million of permanent residents lived on this land covering an area of 176,000 km2 at the end of 2017.
Guizhou has a long history, diversified culture, rich resources, sound environment and convenient location. All these mean Guizhou has vast potential for growth.
1. Guizhou has a long history.
Guizhou Province established the Provincial Administration Commission in the 11th Yongle Year of the Ming Dynasty (1413 A.D.), becoming the 13th province of China. It has a history of over 600 years as a province.
2. Guizhou has diversified culture.
There are 17 minorities dwelling in Guizhou for generations, including the Miao nationality, the Buyi nationality and the Dong nationality. The ethnic culture and customs are well-preserved, among which, the Grand Song of the Dong nationality and Miao Songs have been enjoying good reputation at home and abroad.
Yangming Culture, Yelang Culture and Tunpu Culture are distinct.
3. Guizhou has abundant resources.
Guizhou has rich mineral reserves including 128 types. In terms of the reserve amounts of 41 types of minerals, Guizhou Province is ranked among the top 10 in the country. It has been granted the title of 「Sea of Coal in Regions South of the Yangtze River」.
Across the province there are over 3,800 types of wild plants and over 1000 wild animals. It is one of the top 4 TCM producing areas in China. Since the ancient times, there has been a saying which goes like this: 「There are many effective remedies in Guizhou, and no plant in Yelang region has no medicinal qualities.」
Guizhou has 18 national scenic areas, and is called the 「Province of Parks」.

In Guizhou there are four big mountain ranges including Wumeng Mountain, Dalou Mountain, Miaoling Mountain and Wuling Mountain.
The exposure of Karst accounts for 61.9% of the total area. It is called the natural encyclopedia of Karst Geoscience.

Guizhou’s climate belongs to subtropical monsoon climate, with an annual average temperature of 15℃. It is neither too hot in summer nor too cold in winter. The rainfall is adequate. And summer is the rainy season. The climate is pleasant and agreeable. Therefore, Guizhou has become a world-famous mountain tourism destination, and Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou, is named 「the Chinese City to Escape Heat in summer.」
6. Guizhou has convenient location.
Guizhou is situated in the important linking region of the 「Belt & Road」 initiative. It is situated in the front of the southwest of China, linking South China, Mid-China and East China. Guizhou is an important on-land transport hub of the southwest.
The construction of high speed railways and expressways of the main economic areas is accelerating, linking Guiyang and capitals of other provinces. Guizhou’s position as the onland transport hub in the Southwest is highlighted.
In 2014, Guizhou has entered the era of high speed railway. Airports have covered all cities and prefectures in the province.
In 2015, Guizhou became the first province to achieve the goal of 「expressway for every county」 in West China.
The old Guizhou that was known for its rugged landscapes is now covered with well paved roads.
7. Guizhou develops rapidly.
By implementing such strategic initiatives as massive poverty alleviation, big data and macro-ecology with strong force, Guizhou Province is forging ahead rapidly.
During the 19th session of the national congress of the CPC, General Secretary Xi Jinping participated in the discussion of Guizhou provincial delegation. He fully recognized the achievements of Guizhou in socio-economic development. He pointed out that 「Guizhou’s achievement is the miniature of the great stride made by the CPC and the State since the 18th session of the national congress of the CPC.」
In 2017, the provincial GDP reached RMB 1.3541 trillion, 10.2% up on a year-on-year basis. The added value of industries above a designated scale stood at RMB 430.5 billion, an increase of 9.5%; the fixed asset investment reached RMB 1.55 trillion, an increase of 20.1%; the total retail sales of consumer goods reached RMB 415.4 billion, an increase of 12%. The total tourist number registered 744 million, up by 40%. The general public budget revenue hit RMB 161.364 billion, up by 7.2%. The per capita disposable incomes of urban residents and rural residents have reached RMB 29,080 and RMB 8,869 respectively, an increase of 8.7% and 9.6%. The growth rates of many economic indicators were among the top of the country.
During the first quarter of 2018, various economic indicators continued to point to positive development, the regional GDP increased by 10.1%, and the growth rate continued to rank NO.1 nationwide. The economic growth rate has been ranked among the top three of the country for 29 consecutive quarters. Our economic growth has shown fast rate, optimized structure, good quality, elevated efficiency, and increased momentum. We have reached the goal of new trend, new endeavors and new developments.
