   由留德華人化學化工學會西德分會(CGCA-west)、北威州公派學聯主辦，亞琛學聯，北威州各地區公派學聯、青島科技大學德國校友會等多家單位聯合舉辦的2019北威州博士論壇暨第十二屆北威州華人化學化工學術交流年會將於2019年6月29日在亞琛工大舉行。本屆年會的主題為: Omni-Chemistry。年會將圍繞化學、化工、生物化學、生物醫學等相關領域的熱門話題展開學術討論與交流。我們已邀請到亞琛工業大學生物技術研究所所長Schwaneberg教授、課題組長Mehdi Davari博士、洪堡學者-亞琛工業大學無機化學系陳楷炫博士、Ernst Ruska-電子顯微鏡和光譜學中心杜紅初博士、馬普分子生物醫學研究所徐聰博士、洪堡學者-魯爾波鴻大學化學與生物化學學院工業化學系趙桂霞博士等優秀學者做學術報告。上海仰世代表、學會前理事周孟博博士將進行人才引進的宣講。本次年會得到了中國駐德國杜塞道夫總領事館的贊助支持。

   第一輪通知發出後，廣大化學化工同仁反響熱烈，組委會非常感謝大家的積極參與。由於場地限制，請大家儘快報名。普通參會人員的報名截止時間是2019年 6 月 21 日，口頭報告以及牆報的投稿截止時間是 2019 年 6 月 14 日，報告及牆報摘要請發送至  [e-mail] 。所有參會人員須通過學會網站（http://cgca.de/login-ZH.php）註冊參會（網頁有詳細報名說明）。

對於註冊的參會者，大會將免費向您提供茶歇，報名時請註明午餐否（盒飯5歐，四菜一湯，兩葷兩素，按參會人員實際情況補貼3歐，個人支付2歐）。由於場地限制,就餐人數限制為40人, 按報名順序先報先得。參會者需要向工作單位申請學術會議差旅費的，學會會為您出具參會證明。持有北威州學生證的參會人員原則上不報銷車票，博後等繳稅的參會人員請注意，您參加學術活動的車費可以在報稅時從稅款中扣除，其他參會人員的路費報銷上線以州票或周末票為準（單張至少四人使用）。

2019 NRW Doctor Symposium & 12th CGCA-WEST Annual Conference

We are informing you that 「2019 NRW Doctor Symposium & 12th CGCA-WEST Annual Conference」 will be held on June 29, 2019 Aachen, Germany. The theme of the conference will be 「Omni-Chemistry」. As usual, there will be several scientific sessions with specific topics, a poster session and as well as a special session of industry and career.

The latest and the most exciting aspects concerning chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry and biomedicine will be discussed and renowned chemists will be present. Current invited speakers are Prof. Dr. Ulrich Schwaneberg (Chair of Biotechnology institute, RWTH-Aachen University), Dr. Kaixuan Chen (Humboldt scholar, Institute of Inorganic Chemistry RWTH-Aachen University), Dr. Hongchu Du (Ernst Ruska-Centre for Microscopy and Spectroscopy with Electrons (ER-C) Materials Science and Technology (ER-C-2) Jülich center), Dr. Davari Dolatabadi, Mehdi (Compcem subgroup leader Biotechnology institute, RWTH-Aachen University), and Dr. Cong Xu (Max Planck Institute for Molecular Biomedicine), and Dr. Guixia Zhao (Humboldt scholar, Ruhr University Bochum). Dr. Mengbo Zhou, representative of Shanghai Yangshi and former council member of CGCA, will give a lecture about Introduction of top talent. This annual conference is supported by the Chinese Consulate General in Düsseldorf, Germany.

All participants are kindly asked to register for the conference on-line no later than 21 June, 2019:

(1) Enter the page  http://www.cgca.de/login-EN.php, for registered users please login by inputting the email address and password; for registered users who forget the password please click 「Password forgotten」; for new users please click 「New registration」.  

(2)  When you login successfully the page http://www.cgca.de/loginprocess-EN.php will be shown, click 「Personal information」, then below the 「Your activities」 you will see 「2019 NRW Doctor Symposium & 12th CGCA-WEST Annual Conference」, click the button 「Register」.

(3) After you click the button 「Register」, you can make your choice for the conference, please click 「submit」 after all information is given.  

(4) An e-mail will be sent to you automatically to confirm your registration. You will aslo see 「Registered」 for the 「2019 NRW Doctor Symposium & 12th CGCA-WEST Annual Conference」 under 「Your activities」 on the page http://www.cgca.de/display-EN.php.

2. Call for Oral and Poster Presentations:

Oral presentation:

Please submit the abstract of your oral presentation together with your CV in English to [e-mail] with specified E-mail subject 「2019 NRW Doctor Symposium & 12th CGCA-WEST Annual Conference」 no later than 14 June, 2019.

The presentation is composed of 15 minutes of speech and 5 minutes of discussion.

Poster presentation:

Please submit the abstract of your poster presentation together with the title, presenting author, and affiliation in English to [e-mail] with specified E-mail subject 「2019 NRW Doctor Symposium & 12th CGCA-WEST Annual Conference」 no later than 14 June, 2019.

Please note that the recommended conference language is English. We will reply and confirm your application as soon as possible.

 

3. Fees and allowances:

Coffee-breaks during the conference will be provided for registered participants for free. Please indicate for lunch when you sign up. Traditional Chinese cook, four dishes and one soup (two meats and two veg.), 5 Euro. The first forty participants get 3 Euro allowance from committee and just need to pay 2 Euro for lunch. The committee will issue a certificate of participation for you to help you apply for the academic conference travel expenses to your work unit. Participants with student ID of NRW get no allowance. Other participants get allowance for transportation up to the value of NRW group ticket or happy weekend group ticket .
