BLOOMING PEONY | 哈爾濱華潤•悅府

哈爾濱，北國冰城，我國緯度最高，氣溫最低的大都市。冬季漫長寒冷. 一年中零度以下的時間長達近5個月。極端低溫更是到達零下30攝氏度。在漫長的冬季中，植物景觀效果比較不理想，一切在白茫茫的大雪覆蓋之下。
Harbin is the metropolis with the highest latitude and lowest temperature in China. Winter is long and cold. It can be below zero for nearly six months of the year. The extreme temperatures are as low as minus 30 degrees Celsius. In the longwinter, the landscape effect of plants basically paralyzed, everything in the vast expanse of snow covered. And this may be the white romance of the North.

設計師初到項目所在地時，冬季將至，當地植物開始蕭條，景觀效果不理想。哈爾濱接近5個月的零下低溫，如果單純運用南方的設計方法和價值觀來進行設計並不合理。
When project  designer first arrived at the city where the project was located, it was almost winter, and all kinds of plants had begun to lose their leaves. the lowest temperature in Harbin in the past five months wasbelow zero,  if the simple design with design methods and values of the south, always feel is not completed.當時，設計師在思考：能否結合當地的文化、價值觀、氣候環境等因素，採取更加尊重哈爾濱地域特色的設計方法，打造一個使人在寒冷季節裡感受到溫暖感的景觀？以「此時此地此人」的設計方法為核心，我們賦予場所心靈深處的情感表達，將最初的美好，在哈爾濱華潤·悅府裡呈現、演繹、升華。
At that time, the project designer was already thinking about whether we can combine the local regional culture and values, adopted the design method of "this person here and now", respecting regional characteristics to create a landscape that can still exude a sense of warmth even in a sub-zero temperature environment.

‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍STRATEGY 1地域性定製  舒適化營造‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍結合哈爾濱的地域特點，設計師嘗試打造一個在冬天也不會有蕭條感，散發出品質的設計，以更多的硬質來保證四季的效果，確保水景，植物衰敗後的效果。當樹葉掉光，白雪覆蓋之時，場景還會不停的散發出溫暖感，給人真正的舒適體驗。We tried to create a landscape without a sense of depression in the winter but with high quality. We took more Hard Landscape to ensure the landscape remains in good condition and exudes a sense of warmth all year even when the waterscape and plants decay.悅府作為一個極具尊享的品系，取牡丹雍容華貴之姿，詮釋優雅的氣質，並營造出愉「悅」的氛圍。通過精緻的設計，好像在冰雪場景中盛開的盛世牡丹，從容中散發華貴與溫暖。Master Mansion as avery privileged line, we use elegant peony to explain this elegant temperament, and create a pleasant atmosphere.作為府系的產品，我們想打造出一種從容散發出大氣華貴氣質的經典空間，開合有致，漸進的空間形態，使人有一種被尊享的狀態。出則華貴，入則寧靜，當慢慢進入園區內部，整個景觀會逐漸變成越來越精緻生活化的花園。As the product of the mansion, we want to creat a classic space thacalmly exudes the magnificent atmosphere and the space form of opening and opening is gradual so that people can enter more and more into a state of enjoyment. When you enter the park, the whole landscape will gradually become a garden with a more and more exquisite lifestyle. 求新求奇的市場環境下，經典本身沒有問題，重要的是營造舒適的體驗，重返工匠精神，精益求精，以精緻細膩的設計，讓每個業主在歸家的時候感受到賓至如歸和靜宜放鬆。
In these years, a trend of seeking new and strange environment was developed, we believe that the classic should remain, the important thing is to create a comfortable experience, so that every owner could feel cozy and relaxed at home. Homage to the classics.

不同於一般的項目，悅府應該有更加氣派的入口，極致的尊享禮遇。

Different from thegeneral project, Master Mansion should be a more imposing entrance. The ultimate luxury.

 

寬敞典雅空間，散發獨特的氣質。溫暖的儀式感，未細訪內容，身體與靈魂，便開始有了形式上的回歸。

The main entrance of Yue fu Mansion, elegant space exudes unique temperament. A sense of warm ritual. Before you visit carefully, the body and soul begin to feel returning. 

金樽泉湧，水聲潺潺，展現生活美學。酒樽與盛世牡丹整體營造出一種欣「悅」的感受。

The wine bottle and the peony in the golden age create a pleasant feeling.

穿過前場入口，移步右側內院，仿若進入一種從出世到入世的狀態，使人寧靜下來。

Through the front entrance space to the right side of the inner courtyard, create a feeling from birth to the world, make people calm down.

漫步於由風雨連廊圍合而成的水院，暖色與香檳色系成了這裡的主色調，帶來了整體優雅溫暖的感覺。

Walk in the water courtyard surrounded by the storm corridor. Warm colors and champagne-colored shades bring a warm and elegant feel to the whole. 

圍合空間有效屏蔽了外部市政道路的不利視覺影像及項目周邊的空地雜亂視覺。場地不張揚的性格，於此成就一份從容雅致的氣韻。

The enclosed space effectively shields the unfavorable visual images of the external municipal road and the chaotic visionof the open space beside the project. Not make public, leisurely send out expensive.

結合建築圍合出來的線性場地空間，結合將來大區的永久性功能。延續前場牡丹的元素，創造一條在四季，哪怕在冬季植物凋零之後一樣能保證品質感的府院歸家大道。家園之感，在於不論四季輪轉，皆有永恆不變的溫馨。

Combined with the linear site space enclosed by the building, combined with the permanent function of the future large area. The element of peony in the front yard is continued to create a home road that can guarantee the quality of the house inthe four seasons, even after the plant decayed.

當寒冬來臨，草木蕭條的時候，硬景可以撐起冬天的氣質。一切的設計考慮到在零下30度狀況下的狀態，並散發出溫暖感。

When the waterscape can not open in the winter, there are no leaves, depression. Hard scenery can support the temperament of winter. Everything is designed to be at minus 30 degrees, and gives off a sense of warmth.

盛世牡丹，作為項目的母體，標誌，在後場演繹綻放。當每個人歸家時，都能尊享賓家的禮遇。

Peony, as the matrix of the project, logo, in the interpretationof the backcourt. When everyone goes home, they can feel the VIP treatment.

 

極北之地，也應該是精緻細膩的。設計師以工匠的精神，讓設計細節高還原度落地。

The north should also be delicate. With the spirit of craftsman, the designer makes the design details fall to the ground with a high degree of restoration.

歸家儀式後，需要一個放鬆舒適的場所。對此，府院末端，描繪出一方詩意後花園，入得園內，形體輕鬆，心境愉悅，進入詩意的生活化場景。

After the homecoming ritual, we want to feel relaxed and comfortable at the end for the experiencer. The feeling of going into a back garden is relaxing and comforting. Into the poetic scene of life.

綠島悠悠，靜浮水上，尋幽探勝，意境悠然。在充足陽光的朝向並臨水面景的點位布置停留卡座、休憩廊亭，提供了一個宜人雅致的濱水高品質放鬆空間。

The green island is leisurely floating on the quiet water. The artistic conception is carefree. At the points facing the full sunshine and facing the water scene, the stay booth and gallery pavilion are arranged to provide a pleasant and elegant high-quality relaxation space along the waterfront. 

 

冬季的悅府

當冬季到來，氣溫下降到零下幾十度，植物凋零的時候，這些設計能為人在寒冬裡帶來一絲絲的溫暖。從南到北，從東到西，不應該只是一種風格。結合地域風情，氣候，當地人文價值觀等，因地制宜，以「此時此地此人」的設計價值觀，詮釋北國冰雪下的溫暖。

In the winter, when the temperature reaches several tens of degrees below zero and the plants wither, these designs can bring people a little warmth in the cold winter.
