[Bilingual Hunan] The young make differences in Hunan rural areas
【編者按】「湖南代表團最年輕代表鄒彬」16歲隨父進城務工，練就砌牆功夫，奮鬥出砌築事業的芳華。與鄒彬的芳華異曲同工，有這樣一群年輕人，他們在鄉村揮灑芳華，「造血」土地田野，實踐自己的中國夢。
秦?飛：村民暱稱「耶魯哥」&「黑土麥田」鄉村扶貧創客項目。
Qin Yuefei: The first Ivy League village official in China
「耶魯哥」秦?飛：湖南團80後人大代表，耶魯大學畢業，現任湖南省衡山縣福田鋪鄉白雲村大學生村官。自2011年擔任大學生村官以來，秦?飛為村民辦了很多實事，不一而舉。其中最值得一提的是，他發起了「黑土麥田」鄉村扶貧創客項目。
Qin, one of Hunan NPC deputies, born in 1985 and graduated from Yale University, has transformed a rural settlement in Hunan province. Since he served as college-graduate village official in 2011, he has brought tangible benefits to villagers. Most notably, Qin has launched and practiced 「Serve for China」 project.

「Serve for China」 project: To motivate flow mechanism for rural talents
「黑土麥田農村創客計劃」每年選拔、培訓、資助一批國內外頂尖高校的優秀畢業生以「大學生村官」的靈活身份到農村從事為期至少兩年的創業創新和精準扶貧，讓創客們在幫助農村脫貧致富的同時，大腦得到及時充電。
「Serve for China」 project has attracted many graduates of famous domestic and foreign colleges and village officials with a background of college education. By integrating top resources in the internet, agriculture, finance, media and academic fields, the platform is aimed at helping village officials better serve China' s countryside and encourage comprehensive change.After at least two-year practice in rural areas, young graduates can obtain valuable start-up experience on the basis of paid labor.
現在由近60名清華、北大、哈佛等名校畢業生，青年退伍軍人，返鄉務工青年等組成的「扶貧創客」，在衡陽對口幫扶的花垣縣開展駐村扶貧，幫助發展種植、養殖、農產品加工、文化手工、鄉村旅遊等產業。
Now there are nearly 60 poverty-relief makers who have settled in Huayuan county, Hunan for poverty alleviation, including graduates of famous colleges, young veterans and migrant workers returning to hometown, etc. They help local villagers to develop plantation, cultivation, agricultural product processing, cultural handcrafts, rural tourism, etc.
「耶魯哥」發聲：希望更多的公眾、政府、基金會及企業家關注像黑土麥田一樣的鄉村創客項目，為貧困村吸引更多的年輕人才，讓他們「下得去、待得住、幹得好、流得動」。
Proposal of Qin: Qin hopes that more projects like 「Serve for China」 can attract wide attention of the public, governments, foundations and entrepreneurs, aiming to attract more young talents for poverty-stricken villages.

向偉藝：最驕傲的還是那個村民口中的」小向」。
Xiang Weiyi: Most proud nickname 「Little Xiang」 called by villagers
「小向」向偉藝：湖南團90後人大代表，土家族，南華大學畢業，現任湖南省張家界市慈利縣零溪鎮象鼻嘴村大學生村官。當初下鄉是覺得很「酷」，後來在良好心態的堅守中與村民慢慢建立信任。在擔任3年多的村官中，一次次被村民的真誠感動。不管身上的標籤如何變化，最驕傲的還是那個村民口中的」小向」。
Xiang, one of Hunan NPC deputies, born in 1990s and graduated from Yale University, has served as college-graduate village official in Cili county, Zhangjiajie, Hunan. Over the past over three years, Xiang has established mutual trust with villagers. In spite of many complimentary names, he prefers the proud nickname 「Little Xiang」 called by villagers.
「小向」發聲：這一次的政府工作報告中，他最為關注的是與農村農民息息相關的鄉村振興戰略。基層急需注入新鮮力量，人才回流農村更需政策支持：一方面增加相關的待遇，另一方面為年輕人提供一個可上升的空間。
Proposals of Xiang: Xiang concerns most about the rural revitalization strategy in the 2018 Government Work Report. He proposes policy support for return of talents in the countryside from two aspects: better wages and benefits and promotional space for the young.

朱登云：從白領到「牧羊女」的農村創業。
Zhu Dengyun: Rural start-up in goat farming.
「牧羊女」朱登云：湖南團85後人大代表，苗族，辭去廣州行政專員工作，回家創業初衷是為了更好地照顧家人，已在湖南懷化靖州渠陽鎮大筍坪村發展山羊養殖項目7年了，帶領村民致富。「大家對農村創業的觀念改變了，老的小的都願意去嘗試。以前外出打工的年輕人也想回來了，村子裡種葡萄、種楊梅的，養泥鰍的都有。」
Zhu, one of Hunan NPC deputies, quitted her job in Guangzhou, but returned to hometown for better care of parents. Now she has developed goat farming in the village of Jingzhou county, Huaihua, Hunan for seven years. Zhu is glad to share that, more young migrant workers are willing to come back and more farmers are devoted to agricultural product development.
「牧羊女」發聲：加大對貧困地區金融貸款支持力度，推進少數民族邊遠山區鄉村振興。「靖州是楊梅之鄉，如果高鐵能夠通車，能方便客戶更快地走進來，我們的產品也能更快地走出去，讓農村人的生活越來越有品質。」
Proposal of Zhu: She hopes to intensify financial loan support in poverty-stricken areas and advance rural revitalization in remote mountainous minority areas. 「If Jingzhou county has access to rapid transit railway, its waxberries will be sold out easier, and villagers』 life will be improved too.」
