今天星球哥給大家分享一下白本護照申請法國籤證成功的案例！

有感於本人第一次出國成功申請法國籤證的曲折經歷，以及當時在網上搜索籤證經驗貼時發現還是不多的，在此與大家分享，希望能給需要的小夥伴們提供一些參考，有所幫助。

我們這次出國。申請人有我、另外一對夫婦朋友，目的是去旅遊，因為本人女朋友在芬蘭交換，正好交換期結束回國，可以一起在國外遊一趟，順帶接她回國。

首先，跟大家分享一下我們的籤證過程。

申請籤證碰到的第一個問題就是找不找中介？？

因為問過身邊的幾個朋友，有的找了中介，因為中介的一些不靠譜行為，導致第一次申請失敗，然後自己準備，反而過了，所以我們最後決定自己準備材料，遞交申請。

因為第一次出國，沒有考慮到籤證申請的難度，我們提前在網上把機票、旅店以及相關的出行方式都預訂了，出國前已經花費了一大筆，以為籤證申請應該是沒有問題的，畢竟幾個人工作也算穩定型的，有固定的工資收入。

我們這次旅行計劃去六個國家，一共19天。第一站是芬蘭赫爾辛基，然後分別去瑞典斯德哥爾摩，捷克布拉格，奧地利維也納，義大利威尼斯、佛羅倫斯、羅馬，最後一站是法國，一共六個國家。

於是，

選擇哪一個國家籤證就是我們考慮的第二個問題

由於都是申根國家，申請法國籤證又不需要面籤，相對其他國家更加方便，所以我們選擇了法國籤，並讓在法國停留的時間最長（其實比義大利也就多一個晚上）。

當時，我們也考慮了拒籤的情況，所以正準備材料的時候非常仔細，從法國官網找到籤證清單，一條條的準備，儘量做到邏輯清楚，材料真實可信，材料中還附帶了信專門解釋此次旅行的目的（因為我們是從芬蘭入境，法國是最後一個目的地，寫封信件解釋下，應該能讓籤證官更能理解我們的旅行安排）。在認真準備完所有的材料後，我們信心滿滿的向中智法籤遞交了申請。當我們第一次拿到籤證拒籤的結果時，心情非常的沮喪，也帶來很大的壓力，畢竟籤證籤不下來就意味著不能去，預定的花費都白白浪費。但沒有辦法，我們必須準備第二次籤證，可是網上很多信息都顯示第二次籤證很有可能都會維持第一次的結果，所有的信息對我們都很不利。

拒籤後需要做的第一件事情當然是分析原因，經過分析，我們覺得籤證官能挑刺的材料只有流水帳單了。因為我們在準備材料的時候，以為有了存款證明，流水帳單上的錢可以相對較少。而當時諮詢中介，中介說流水是很重要的。

其次，可能是我們旅行的國家太多，法國並不是入境國家，19天玩6個國家，除了在入境國芬蘭呆3天，義大利5天，其他三個國家基本是一天半的節奏，行程非常緊張。在一大堆的材料中，籤證官可能很難在幾分鐘內理清楚我們的邏輯（儘管我們自己在準備的時候覺得很清楚，但是要一個毫不知情的人在短短幾分鐘內理清楚還是有困難的）。儘管沒有料到，但是我們被拒籤也是存在隱患的。

於是，我們根據分析的原因，著手準備第二次籤證。這次我們計劃找旅行社幫忙重新製作一個邏輯更清楚的行程安排，簡單明了一些，不再一切事實求是。與此同時，我女朋友在法國大使館官網的留言處，寫了一封信。

這封我們認為是石沉大海的信，成為這次籤證的轉折點。郵件在發出3個小時後，法國大使館給回信了，並要求提供我們三個的護照並告訴我們使館接受申訴，願意為我們重新安排籤證。之前，我們也在網上查過一些申訴的信息，但是得到的信息都是很不樂觀的，申訴成功的案例也非常少。我們也諮詢過一些中介公司，得到的回答也是申訴成功基本是不可能。而且網上說申訴的流程非常緩慢，我們也沒有時間去準備這個希望渺茫的申訴。當時我女朋友也很絕望，手足無措。她在使館官網上看到一個給我們留言的窗口，有感而發，在上面把我們的情況抱怨了一通，沒想到居然得到了使館的積極回應。當天，我還接到法國大使館的電話，讓我提供酒店和出行方式的訂單，我想這可能是因為我們在申訴信裡提到我們已經提前把所有的東西都訂好了，花費了一大筆的原因。根據法國大使館的要求，我往他們郵箱提交了相關的材料，並去中智法籤送去了我們的護照。接下來又是等待。。但是此時，我們還是特別高興的，有回應意味著有希望。大概等了兩天左右，接到中智法籤的電話，說可以去拿護照了。在路上，心情又是一番劇烈的忐忑，超過第一次。不過在拿到結果的時候，終於鬆了口氣，三個人都過了。

第一次因為對籤證申請材料重點沒有清楚的認識，導致第一次申請失敗。儘管此次籤證一波三折，很折騰人，但是我還是覺得很幸運，能夠申訴成功，也希望我們的經歷能夠給其他人一些幫助。以下是一些經驗分享，提醒所有沒有出國經驗的朋友，包括不是白本籤證的朋友，還是先籤證過了再去預定相關的酒店、機票等等，畢竟機票和酒店都是可以在不花錢的情況下在網上預定，然後籤證出來後，退訂再訂實際出行的機票酒店。這樣就不會像我們這樣，承擔拒籤帶來的巨大壓力。

具體操作：機票可以通過找代理，讓他們在不出票的情況下，給一份電子訂單用於遞交申請材料；酒店可以在Booking等國外網站預訂。

最後做個小總結：

1、 千萬不要提前花錢預定機票和酒店，通過免費的方式先預定，籤證下來後再退訂，預定實際出行的。具體經驗見正文。

2、 籤證白本，沒有出過國的朋友們，在第一次申請歐洲出國個人遊籤證的時候，最好還是找中介，畢竟中介的經驗比較豐富，知道籤證官重視哪些材料，找比較大的中介相信不靠譜的工作人員還是少數，畢竟大中介的品牌還是日積月累的結果。如果自己準備材料，流水帳單一定要殷實，而且一般要在申請籤證前5個月開始攢數額（籤證一般提前3個月申請，預留2個月慢慢往銀行卡打錢，一次性打的過多，流水帳單上會有體現，容易讓人看出來是為攢數額而攢數額）

3、 萬一真的失敗了，一定不要沮喪，可以通過使館官網處的留言反應情況。尤其是在旅遊的淡季，申請的人相對較少，籤證官時間比較充裕，也考慮到對本國經濟的促進作用，被接受的可能性相對較大。寫的時候把自己的情況和辯駁的理由寫的充分一點。在此附上我們的拒籤信以及一些準備的材料，希望對大家有所幫助。

4、 回國後，我們被要求回來銷籤。因為春運火車票緊張，我們是晚了幾天才來北京銷籤，沒有影響正常銷籤。提示：銷籤必須本人親自去。
