Usually，organic products are misunderstood as "high-end", and just for niche market. However, with the rising status of females in the society and their increases in income, together with their pursuits for love, health and quality (especially those aged under 35), females are becoming the dominant purchasers in families. The female drinkers』 market is growing tremendously and accounting for almost 50% of the total imported wine population in China now. It is still growing positively, especially aged between 18 to 30! Meads have been around since the Stone Age 14 million years ago, earlier than wines and beers. According to historical records, meads were widely found in the histories of ancient Greek mythology, Vikings, European countries such as Ireland, Denmark, Germany and African Bushman, which were the favorites of royal families, nobles and scholars.

Mead’s sugar from honey only
Mead is made from honey, and honey is made mostly of sugar, but it's only about 30% glucose and less than 4% percent fructos, which are Monosaccharides. Monosaccharides can more easily be absorbed by our digestive systems and will not be accumulated or transformed to become fats.
