英國MSF Scientific Days 物流和行政管理實習臨近Chancery Lane Station, Holborn Station。
地理位置靠近 UAL和LSE.
1. Administration/logistics: provide support with general logistic tasks related to the event, such as booking the venue, arranging for accommodation, food and refreshments, visas, arranging printed materials/packaging etc
2. Content and representation: provide support to ensure that the best content is selected and that presenters or collaborators are communicated with in a timely and professional manner
Person Specification:
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to work independently and to interpret briefs and instructions
Good oral and written communication skills
Able to commit to the full time span, especially in May during the build up to the event
Previous event organising experience (desirable)
